This is what BlueBrixx calls a Brick Buddy, a clear derivative from LEGO's BrickHeadz. There are some slight differences, especially since the head of a Ferengi is anything but brick shaped. But there is a lot of great detail here, especially in the eyes and even the outfit which appears to be inspired by the Deep Space Nine episode "The Ascent". But when Quark wasn't trying to climb a mountain with Odo to survive, he was the bar owner on Deep Space Nine, and he's show in this model with a tray of exotic drinks represented with some exotic shapes in translucent colors.
