I'm currently riding a 2001 Honda CBR 600. Quicker standing quarter than the Triumph and higher top speed. Weighs slightly more than half. Cheap to run comfortable super reliable. To me - and I know this is just my personal, individual, view, these monster, over weight bikes are just daft.

I went into my Triumph dealership in Holland last week near where i live after seeing your video to ask for a test ride, they asked what model i would like to test ride? I said the Rocket "Free Storm" model, they said we don't have a Rocket Free Storm just the Storm, so i went home and watched again and sure enough you said Rocket Free? My English is not very good, so i ask, should this not be Three? as in 3, Rocket (three), not Rocket Free.

Great video! One of the best rides in CA, that I've ever been on. Alpine vistas and then you come out of the tunnel and see the valley for the first time. Amazing! I stayed at Curry Village too.

I grew up at a time when 500cc or 650 cc was more than enough power on a motorcycle. These huge heavy machines achieve nothing apart from boosting men's egos who most likely are lacking in size down below.

A quick tip as i always have 1 for battery life. I always have a solar powered battery pack. Well worth the buy being a photographer so would be well worth it investing in 1 Courtney. Have fun fun fun.

Awesome trip & video, 1 day il get out there & do a bike trip. Would love to do a route 66 bike trip, & raise some money for charity for my friend who was a motogp photographer who never got the chance to do it bless him. We were going to do it & raise some money for the cancer charity for his wife he lost a few years earlier. Have fun fun fun girls & just enjoy the ride.
