In my opinion, social media killed celebrity culture. Prior to the advent of social media, there was a certain mystique that existed around celebrities. They also had a PR apparatus around them to carefully control their image. Once social media became available, celebrities basically shared every idiotic brain fart they had because it fueled their desire for attention. But the consequence is that people began to realize that celebrities are actually quite dimwitted and VERY ignorant. That more than anything marked the beginning of the end for celebrity culture.

I was tested for IQ a few times & it always came out at 148. But I never took any stock in it, because people I know with considerably lower IQ are more stable with houses,cars Money...I on the other hand have had the worst time maintaining a Career,I never owned my own house,nor had/ have a career. The places I have worked were either so Corrupt & Staffed with Miserable Nasty People....Or I just couldn't go on for years wearing several hats & performing for 3 people & not getting more out of it monetarily... Applying Intelligence is the Key. I haven't been able to figure this out in 50 years- Thus Proving that "IQ Tests" are Flawed & Useless. Id even go as far as to say that "Intelligence" itself is Useless if one cannot apply it anywhere. What a Strange Life this is ...
