Rack Pulls (from below the knee) in to cleans
We will need a rack, with spotter arms (ideally), and a barbell.
Place the rack at a height where the barbell sits underneath the knee cap. Stand as close to the bar as you can, with your feet in a neutral position, no more then hip width.
Move in to a hinge position via an anterior tilt, lowering the body over the bar, with your back straight.
Take a shoulder width grip of the bar and pull the bar up (like a rack pull).
Continue to bring the bar up by pulling the elbows up towards the ears.
Whilst pulling the bar up, keep the hips sat slightly back.
Once the bar reaches chest height, flick your elbows below and under the bar; the bar should sit on the collarbone.

      Sprinting for 20 seconds, with 10 seconds rest in between 8 times is impossible. That’s like asking a sprinter to complete a 200 metre track sprint every 10 seconds, 8 times.

      I understand what you mean. Completely correct. BUT, in modern society, if we over complicate it too early for most people who already been fed too much rubbish, it just adds more complexity, which is unnecessary at the start. Take baby steps and build them up 👌🏼 This stuff should be taught in schools!

      The more upright you set the bench, the more the shoulders get the work. For example, if you were to set the bench at 90 degrees (meaning the back support is straight up) you would be working your shoulders only. In this video, he's set the bench at 75 degrees, so he's mostly working his shoulders and a little bit of his upper chest.
