Your handmade slingshot and 15m first shot are good job! Excuse me, but do you feel referrence point depend on slingshots? I mean every slingshots have individual referrence point not only fork tip.
I have found many slingshots shoot differently. There are many things that can change the way a slingshot performs. I do find each frame needs to be figured out.n

Have you tried other theraband colors? What band material do you suggest as best all around use?
There are 4 bands I love to shoot. Omega slings, snipersling yellow, gongchi white, South wales cattys. All solid brands

When I was a kid in the 70s...I made sling shots from wire coat hangers..regular rubber bands..one day I had a marble, and when I let fly, the marble hit dead on my thumb nail...I thought I was dieing 😂😂 I'm 61 now?and still love sling shots...
