Saludos brother. Sorry for the delay. I think a more common beginning would be "Digno eres Señor. Bendice estos dones (or alimentos, especially if it's food). You can also include Rev (apocalipsis) 4:11 in your prayer - Digno eres, Señor y Dios nuestro, de recibir la gloria y el honor y el poder, porque tú creaste todas las cosas, y por tu voluntad existen y fueron creadas. Thanks Vicki. I don’t see why it wouldn’t work on Samsung as long as you have the Logos app. They have both Apple/Android & Mac/PC versions. There is a free version to get you going. I used a version that I was given when I worked with Logos and I’ve since purchased more resources of my own via their website. Let me know how it works for you. The Lord bless you.

Saludos. Good question. I'm assuming you're referring to "el cielo"? This singular form is used in the Spanish Bible versions NTV & NVI (maybe more, but these for sure) and I'm guessing that they are trying to match the English version (vast majority) which is translated "in Heaven". Interestingly, the original word in Greek is a masculine, plural noun - ho ouranos (the heavens). The majority of Spanish Bibles use "los cielos", which matches the original language. I believe they are both correct and convey the meaning of the prayer, however, I'm going to lean towards the plural, per the original language, and it sounds more natural when saying it in Spanish, at least in the biblical context. @@missionali3134 Thank you it helps a lot. In Polish there are two ways of saying ''in Heaven'' and in "Heavens". Plural form is used in older Bible versions. Now I learn Lords prayer in Greek. It takes me a lot of time, but I think I will learn it soon by heart. In Spanish it looks it will be easier for me to learn. Thank you for slow reading of this prayer. I think in two weeks time I will start to learn it by heart. 👍

Hola Kevin. Unfortunately I have not been able to find a way to share my personal palette. I chatted with another Logos user and there just doesn't seem to be way to do this. I did provide a pdf of all the highlights I use in the description section. Aside from that, the easiest thing to do in the Logos program on your computer (can't seem to do this on the iphone or ipad) is go to Tools > Highlighting > New Palette > Add a new style, and use the tools their to copy mine or create your own. Hope that helps brother.

Totally understand brother. What I would do is just take a few of the points from the teaching I did and shorten it up to something you’re comfortable with and can easily recite. A little bit of practice and I’m sure you’ll quickly be ready for more. Bendiciones.

¡Saludos! Thanks for the encouragement hermano. Yes, a parallel Bible is a great resource for learning/improving your Spanish. The problem is the selection is limited. Easier to understand and read are the NLT/NTV and the NIV/NVI. These both use everyday Latin American Spanish. There is an ESV/RVR, but the Spanish is a little older (1977) and uses the vosotros form, more specific to Spain. NASB/LBLA is probably my preferred because of the fidelity to the original languages, but again it uses the vosotros form. I use the NBLA in my videos, but there is no parallel version with that one. . . Boooooooo. Before you buy anything, use Bible Gateway to compare English/Spanish texts to see what works best for you. Thanks for the encouragement hermano. In order to create your own highlights in Logos, you have to be on a desktop or laptop, won't work on phone or tablet, or at least I haven't found it. From your homepage, go to tools > highlighting > new tab opens. Click on New Palette near the top and give your new palette a name. From there, click on the drop down arrow of the new palette and click "Add a new style". That will open up a list of options so you can create a new highlight based on your own preferences. Saludos. Glad to have you here. I use what would be the equivalent of the NASB in Spanish: La Nueva Biblia de Las Americas (NBLA). They are both produced by the Lockman Foundation. The NBLA is an excellent Spanish translation and I highly recommend it.
