Hi 👋🏽 The Touristanbul desk will assign you a hotel and then the shuttle service for that hotel. Going there was fairly simple. Coming back from the hotel to the airport is a little trickier because our driver came super early and we didn’t know exactly where we’d be picked up at.

If you ever come back to KL, we’ll go lol

To be honest, we didn’t see a tentative date for completion. But I am assuming it should already be done or close to done since this was a few months ago and they had a lot of workers working on it.

But there are also plenty of other places you can book with upon arrival as well. I wouldn’t risk it though, I would recommend pre-booking. Hope this helps! 😊

Hi! We flew business class - but some ticket fares offer this for both economy & business! It will show you when you are booking the ticket as it is not included with all tickets.

If coming from regular TSA, you’ll see some ads pointing to the direction of the lounge. So once you clear TSA, you’ll go up the escalators and turn right. Keep walking until you see either an elevator (which can take you one floor up), or if you keep walking past the elevator, you’ll see stairs that go up to TSA Precheck that says ‘Do Not Enter’ at the top. You can climb up those stairs, and then turn around and the lounge will be right there. Kinda confusing coming from regular TSA. If coming from TSA Precheck, it’s right after you clear the security before walking down the stairs

Hi we went in May/June 2023. They accept both euro & lira, but it seems like a lot of places preferred euros and all the quotes we got were in euros.

Totally agree, it’s definitely unacceptable. However, it was discussed during their team meeting, and after that, almost every staff member was aware and very apologetic even though they weren’t involved in the incident itself. And honestly, the rest of our stay was nothing short of a dream, so we very easily overlooked that incident. Mistakes are going to be inevitable, but it’s about how you manage the mistakes that counts. This team managed it very well.

How to get to the beach?

@@fahimaamina431 There’s 3 beaches that can be accessed from the property. Which beach in particular? Romantic, Marriott, or Long Beach?

Marriott beach is easiest access from the resort, but there are still steps that you have to go down to access the beach. Romantic beach has more steps but can also be accessed from the side of the resort. Long beach you have to walk 5-10 minutes, but it is a dirt path and then some steps down to the Long Beach strip that has all the restaurants, etc.

Hi, you can take your carry ons, but not your checked bags. If you want to keep your carry ons as storage at the airport, there’s the desk right next to the TourIstanbul desk for luggage storage.

They’ll let you know when the shuttle is scheduled to pick you up to take you back to the airport. Layovers are usually not more than 24 hours.

Hi! We stayed at the W Hotel but the breakfast at the Flock is not included / not complimentary.

When you booked your flight did it mention touristanbul on the ticket? Because if you were not provided with either option of a tour or hotel, then that’s on the help desk. Or it may be due to it also being “first come first serve” basis.

Hi! Not sure about other passport holders, but American citizens do not require Visa to enter Turkey anymore. Regarding the TourIstanbul program: yes it is free of charge. You can only choose the hotel or the tour, not both. And you can not choose your hotel, they choose for you based on ticket fare (business or economy). You can choose the different tour options that I showed in the video. I hope this helps! Have a wonderful time there!😊
