Where did you got that font for the 3d puff
Amazing .. I like it ..can you give us that for a download ?
That hat is WAYYYY over stabilized. They are already structured. The thin piece of stabilizer they come with is more than enough.
Man that's impressive
Yeeeee, thank you!
Man your tensions are spot on. That thing looks Terrific!!
Thanks bradah! Yea glad I didn't have to re do or replace one of these!
I need this
Email me at kbetzcustom@gmail.com
Nice work, especially while it is a circle, it turned great out.
Right? On hats I usually do get distortion with circles, I'm actually surprised I didn't have to adjust the shape on this one, thank you!
That’s a long time you couldn’t appliqué some of that and I used your code last week to buy my 3rd mighty hoop
Yeaaa definitely would save time and thread for sure! Nice you might've been the first to use the link thank you very much!
it Came in handy those things already expensive
I used to just have the single needle brother PE800, and man did I wish there was mighty hoops for those, the press on frames are a struggle!
That’s awesome bro, by the way where did you order all your blank shirts and yupoong blank cap supplies?
Usually I get my stuff through ssactivewear if not from downtown LA
@ try park wholesaler they have some two tone snap back yuppoong in that site. Thank you Tk
actually never heard of that one, I'll check it out and thank you bradah
What number is the frame you used?
This is a 11X13 in hoop
Thank you
Where do i send the invoice.😂😂
"We're sorry The number you have dialed has been disconnected or is no longer in service."
CONGRATULATIONS on the 1k SUBS !!!
Thank YOU for watching!
Nice man! Great job, always looking forward to your videos. Because i can relate to it.
Yeee you know! thank you! hopefully I get a chance to get some videos out of these gigs coming up
@@tkstitch you will!
well done on the 1k subs,, bottom right star?
Duuuuude you just saved the job! Thanks!
To make it a bit easier Sellotape the stabiliser to the hoop 🙂 The final result is excellent, well done
Heeeey yea sometimes I’ll take it on there too, also works too 👍 thanks metro!
Yeh I was thinking that too. Hey you probably would have next time anyways.
Which software do you use?
This is Hatch 2
@@tkstitch Thank you
That came out great! That's a long embroidery.
It really does take forever, makes me want to get another machine!
Now you’re talking. Sell the Melco, to make room for the new Tajima. It is nicer when your hoops and cap frames can be shared by both machines.
Sheesh I'm still giving payment for the melco 😂. Would be nice though!
@ keep creating content and you will have income coming in to pay for that new machine. Also running two similar single head machines can be profitable.
Thanks for the video. Where do you buy your sweatshirts? Thank you.
Thank you! Usually from ssactivewear but also from downtown LA from time to time
Are you better off with Melco or Tajima?
The tajima is better but they’re very different machines and wouldn’t be able to afford a tajima without first getting the Melco. And I still use the Melco just for more simple designs
I use a Chinese car, since these really cost a lot, but with the tensions it drives me crazy :S now I’ve been digitizing for about a year. I thought the melco (it went out there summit) was better than the tajima, since it has the automatic voltage system. Happy Japan also seemed interesting, but the one with digital tensions costs 20k.
@ for me the digital tension on the Melco is a little iffy to be honest but it could also be user error, I felt like I followed the “rules” for setting the automatic tension but never really seemed right. But don’t be put off by my experience if it looks good to you. We were also thinking of a happy Japan but the regular tension knob ones
Anyway, you do very nice things, I follow you from Italy :) do you have an Instagram profile? So I add you?
Mighty hoops to the rescue!
Love your finished Rodeo design
How do you use your tension pen? Wonder if this would work for a Ricomma.
You attach the thread to the hook on the pen while threaded through the needle and presser foot. Then you pull it away steadily and a red line on the pen give you a reading of your tension. It'll work on any multi-needle machine ricoma included
What machine is this
It’s a tajima Tmbp-2
Great content. Am learning alot. Keep making videos sir
Heeeey as long as someone is getting something out of them I'll keep at it, thanks for watching!
Wow! That looks great!
Thank you! Took a minute but we got it!
Nice. I also started with embrilliance. Didn't really like it either. Now im using Wilcom ES.
Not sure if you mentioned before but did you ever use Hatch? Just wonder if any one who's used both would say Wilcom Es is worth the switch.
@tkstitch I've used hatch with the trial version. I was more confused using it. Most likely user error. But to me es is more straight forward as in the tools and etc. But everyone is different. Not sure if es has a trial version. But I know alot more companies are changing to subscription based.
Just looked it up, Es also has a trial, might have to check it out myself too. We'll see what John Deer's new software is like in a few days
Thank you for sharing this video, and not scrapping it. It’s the struggle that makes great content. I keep a scrap shirt hooped up in a large Mighty Hoop next to my machine so I can run a quick “I” test of the colors in a design prior to the final stitch out on the expensive blank. You mentioned breaking the word apart in order to edit it, you don’t have to, just use the reshape tool and click on the letter’s edge and the nodes will be available. Also the first time you click on it, the purple diamonds should be available which will allow you to move each letter along the baseline. One final thing, your machine is new enough that you should be running flats at least at 800-850 reliably. Keep up the Great work.
Thanks you brotha, I like that idea of keeping something ready to run some tension testing, you got all the pro strats! Yeaaaa also as I was editing I realized you can easily just mess with the letter spacing option for text as well. Idk why I'm always hesitant to run the machine up there in speed, bad experiences with the Melco maybe 🤔
@ Once you get your tension good, let her rip! I normally run Richardson 112’s at 840 rpm, if I have small text I might drop it to 800-820. I have Two Barudan Pro 3’s and the oldest is 4 years old. Your Tajima is just as capable.
Gotcha, Barbudans are beasts as well, if i ever get the chance to get another machine I'd definitely be interested in one of those bad boys.
Bro! I learn to much from you. Thank you..
Appreciate your time! hopefully a digitizing video tomorrow 🤞
Hey I have a machine like that could you tell me where did you get the chip from please?
I put in request from their website to speak to a technician. Got a call from them the same day and they shipped it out to me. I did Pay for expedited shipping though
@ thank you
Hi getting you from southern africa... Namibia. I love your videos so informative. I have just ordered a ricoma mt1502 and i am so new into embroidery work. Thank you so much for your videos. They are so informative
Heeeey thanks for stopping by and checking us out! Good luck to you on all your future embroidery gigs. Hope I can continue to help out!
Can i use any gourmet like clothes for the testing before i put in the cap.
Mmm yea sometimes when the design is not too crazy I try it on fabrics or twill. But I definitely recommend to test it on a hat you don’t care about messing up to really see how the design stitches out before doing the legit one.
@@tkstitch thank you so much
Sorry, just watched the rest of the video. Cut away :)
ha! all good, pretty much for all clothing I use cut-away and only use tear away for beanies sometimes and hats always.
@@tkstitch Thank you.
Nice video. Thanks for sharing. As a matter of interest what stabiliser did you use for this? Tear away or cut away?
Awesome
Thank you!
Bro!! That’s awesome, but i hope you have video how you digitized the flag..
Honestly probably won't make a video on this design specifically but I'll be doing more digitizing focused videos coming up, thanks for watching!
I like this Video, thank you for tutorial bro. If you need some Beat i hook you up for free for your videos.
Thanks for watching bro, and appreciated! I'll keep that in mind
We have the exact same taste for music
Nice project, thanks for taking us along. I use stabilizer on all my hats including Richardson 112’s, not because they need more stability, but to create a smooth surface inside so it doesn’t get hung up on the seams and distort the embroidery. Okay, what happened to your hand??
Yoooo, yea I don't think something has ever looked bad because it had stabilizer, but definitely has looked bad it if doesn't have it and need it! Nothing serious, just a little Carpal tunnel from when I used to game on the computers for hours and hours(which I now regret). Pain just pops up certain days, but nothing crazy, thanks for asking!
how do you measure with your hand?
Usually for middle chest designs or left/right chest placements, I measure about 4 fingers down from the neckline. I'll go a little further down if they're larger sizes like XL and up, thanks for watchinh!
What's up with the melco why don't you use it?
It works fine but overall I just get nicer looking ends results on the Tajima, also I was never able to do 3D puff on the melco
Another great video. You always have such great ideas. Digitizing videos would also be great. Thanks.
I will definitely work on digitizing focused videos, thank you!
Awesome work and great tutorial, God bless
Thank you, glad you enjoyed!
Thank you for videoing this. I can use this for one of my design and how to digitize. But only one thing, how can you set up in embroidery machine or in hatch which one the first stitch before you put the 3d puff. So i can set up in my embroidery to stop. Like what you did before you put the 3mm foam. Im using hatch 3 software to. Thank you
Hey thanks for watching! I put the stop on the machine when I'm selecting the colors for the design. There's a button that says "OF" which puts the stop. I've never done it through hatch but I think I think you can put a stop through it, maybe through the applique settings.
Hey I like your work keep it up , how can I contact you if I want something done on a hat I have ?
Hey thanks! You can email me to Kbetzcustom@gmail.com
hi,on the stitch out,you done a centre run.is that best or a edge run on satin.just thinking of stability ,great instruction vid as usual,
Yea for sure, satins do have to be the cleanest, and thank you!
Nice!!! Makes hooping 10x faster. Especially with big orders.
Definitely, just gotta watch the fingers!
That is such a cool idea.
Thanks!
Your lighting looks much better! I would suggest adding your “coupon” code to the bottom of the video, as an overlay. Maybe at the beginning and end of the video as you mention it. The free shipping is a real good deal for anyone wanting to add some more hoops to their stash.
Thanks! still trying to figure my lighting out to be consistent but yes definitely, seen other people do it like that, I’m really just a tiny channel but overtime I’ll get everything set up nicely 👌
Nice bro congrats! Flip the adjustable fixtures though The one with the hand screws on the back should be at the top. It says adj 1
For sure, I knew there was a chance I was totally wrong, thanks 🙏!
How much for digitizing
Sorry don’t actually offer digitizing as one of our services
I love my mighty hoops!
Muuuuch faster than the regular ones for sure!
