Your digitizing is on point! I feel butt hurt if I have a hat that takes 12 minutes to stitch out. I hope this customer continues to come back, you did him a Great job.
Thanks! And just a lot of practice/trial and error. Literally just handed him the hats over and he said he’s gonna need hats for his security company. If it happens you’ll see it here on the Channel!
Great work as always! Not sure why you don't have more subscribers honestly because some of realest embroidery content out there. Keep it up and I'm sure that'll change
Hey thanks bro much appreciated. But yea you know you gotta know the RUclips game with the thumbnails, catchy Intros and all that. I just enjoy making the videos 👍
Thank you very much, I was happy with the first but the person was pretty picky so I just did my best so it looked good in his eyes. I don’t digitize as a business, always imagined customers having a lot of issues with designs not coming out right since the machine, hooping, tension, etc come into play
good sir, two suggestions. 1. you can easily go 750-850 on flat embroidery on hat. i did 800 on puff with this one 2. you can digitize the front and side in one go with the 270 degrees hoop. as far as i know ricoma has a good video on how to digitze it so its only one run
Yeeaaaa the issue that I mentioned in the appliqué video of the cap frame making a rumbling noise gets worse as I speed up the machine. So I always find the speed where it doesn’t do that. Thanks for the suggestions!
@@tkstitch if you could do a short video where we can hear the sound and see the machine maybe i can give some ideas or tips to solve the issue. i work with several tajimas ( a 1 head and 4 4heads) so i came along some issues myself and know a bit.
Really nice! Thanks for video.

Right On !
Thank you!
Great video! New sub
Awesome thank you!
Your first rendition was perfect. I can see it was centered. You do great digitizing. Do you do just digitizing as a business too?

@@tkstitch Customers don't appreciate how hard digitizing is. Yes, there's a lot of factors when selling designs but you are excellent at it.
@@charleneweege7149agreed! Most people expect their image to look identical as their prints. But thank you!
@@tkstitch Yes, and they gave you a terrible image of a wrinkled t-shirt.
