Another Amazing job!! That was a pretty tall design, I normally limit myself to 2.4” on a Richardson 112 to avoid problems towards the top of the hat. Thank you for sharing the stitch out, as a fellow embroiderer I find it mesmerizing. Keep up the Great work!
Right? It never gets old! When I did it on the Decky it did fit a little better since it's a little taller, but it didn't give me issues at the top so I ran with it. And big thanks!
hi arnold ,as usual another great informative embroidery video, cant believe 15 mins to digitize!.JD and KBK,beware? you are now my GO TO embroidery guy for helpful embroidery tips an tricks, well done on subs i know it will be 1k come christmas, easy.how often do you use 60wt thread on hats and would you use on 3d foam, keep em coming you are very Very good at your Overall presentation, teaching and tips.colin uk.
Sheeesh thank you for taking time to watch brother! Those guys are crazy good but we're here doing our thing. I only use 60wt thread when I've tried regular 40wt and I'm not happy with the results but i have never used it with 3D puff actually. If I'm designing I would try to avoid having to use that 60wt on puff but if it was someone else's design where they NEED a certain look then I would definitely try.
good stuff bro

6 panel yupoong is good. I use them alot. Also the 5 panel is good to. Same design hat but 5 panel.
Yea the folks like yupoong for sure! or even the same style but without the trucket hat mesh
didn't you use paper ? is that ok ? i mean cutaway
I ended up using the cutaway, honestly didn't make much difference but if a hat would have come out bad I would've blamed not using it.
