saving this video to refer back to. super simple way to add a border to a quilt at the last minute just by just sandwiching in and butting up some batting. for someone like me who 'wings it' with my quilts, this is a great way to make one a bit bigger when it turns out smaller than i want.

Last February if someone would have told me I was going to make all 50 blocks in this book over the next 12 months I would have asked them what hallucinogenic they were taking. The tips are wonderful and simplify the making of the blocks. I have also used the same ideas to resize blocks for other quilts that I am working on and would look better with 8 inch blocks, but the pattern was for 12 inch. Thank you, Karen.

I like the use of uneven 9 patches to get the same look. 😊
