bro, i saw that cyber security is low satured field with good demand and low competation. and also am interested in this field. i need to secure a job in this field in usa? can i go for it? or is there any big Difficulty in this sector?

It’s a growing field with lot of scope. The only issue with this field is that a lot of jobs require security clearance which only Americans can do. Still I would recommend to go for it. It’s a little difficult for students with no experience as most of the job openings are for senior level engineers. If you have good amount of work experience in IT then getting job would not be that difficult

Question - If i am on my last study year and have a job in hand - can i apply for H1B that year and the next 3 years of STEM OPT? So basically my chances of hitting the lottery becomes 3x ? Because I am applying every year in those 4 years? Is this understanding correct?

Indians are now on 3rd in illegal immigration in USA after Mexico and Central America. Indians only do jobs lol . All retail businesses exist on illegal off campus students and dunki immigrants 😂. and CEO means a job. In sports, films, businesses, research, innovation indians are nowhere. Retail and restaurant businesses don't earn much like product based businesses. Even in the top 10 retail marts there is no Indian origin. Forget that top 75 american billionaire list there are zero indian origin businessmen. Indian citizens only consist of 1.3% USA population. As the population of indian citizen is less, Indians per capita is high. 99% indians don't have citizenship in the USA as they are on h1b(72%) and remaining green cards. And chinese go cuz their country is better. Our country is so shit. That its better to die than going to india again 😂

I am working as a freelancer from India and this whole game of Indian engineering graduates pursuing 2 years MS degree in engineering from the USA, after spending about 80 lakh to 1 crore(2 Years,Tution+Fooding+Lodging), to get a job+PR in the USA, looks like a scam to me. I have been very vocal about the fact that it would take a normal Indian youth about 2+ years of English writing practice followed by 5+ years of computer programming practice to become an internationally employable tech freelancer from India. I am still unable to understand that how an Indian youth, under guidance from an American teacher can accelerate this learning to get skilled at any job, that cannot be automated in the future, within the small duration of 2 years. Over that, ALL the tech companies in the US should/would favour an American MS degree holder because the company shall not have to shed money on visa sponsorship of such employees, and shall not have to think about money spent on US-employee's training. Even if an Indian MS graduate get a job in the US, the job insecurity because of recession, or automation would haunt him. If an American MS degree holder comes back to India, it would be impossible for him to repay his loan by the salary paid to him by the Indian IT industry. I can claim with confidence that American MS degree holders cannot execute any Freelance Upwork Gigs, because they would be too unskilled for any such serious tasks. Period.

I think the research is extensive and appreciate the efforts with analysis, hope to see a video on the same topic next year when we know about the new President, and another additional pointer on recession - Fed rates affect it directly, since it's started to go on a rate cut cycle, by 2027 you can expect inflation rate to come back to what it was pre-covid levels, and job rates will improve by a significant margin

Here is my contribution to the list of Cons (2024). I am sure many know about the positives which appear on the surface but Cons you will feel mostly once you come here. 1. Your spouse cannot work! If he/she has to, they have to have their own independent H1. 2. Like in India, you will not get maid's to do Houseold chores. If you really want it, you will have to pay your whole salary just for that. 3. The Health care situation is Pathetic here. Really really Pathetic!!! I am saying this with good knowledge about the medical field. It is enormously expensive. You may have noticed most of the Indians living here get most of their dentals and other stuff done when they go to India on Vacation. Due to it being expensive + poor quality, most of the Adults here postpone their treatment or mostly try to resolve with Home remedies. Trust me folks, the Health care that we have in India is Amazing (True Freedom we have in India). There is a lot lot that can be talked about this topic. For the moment, I will end it here. 4. Taxation: Despite this Visa being temporary, US Govt. deducts your Social Security Tax (In India terms it's same as PF) and Medicare tax (For retirement Health Insurance not deducted in India). This component is 10%+ your Gross Pay. Ideally the benefits of this deduction can only be realized once you get a Green Card and as you all know the situation with Green Card for Indians, you will never get to enjoy this in your lifetime. US knows this very well I think 🙂and that's y they still sponsor H1B's so that you all contribute to their SSN + Medicare fund without mostly ever utilizing it. 5. The Weather here is not that suiting to us is my observation. Lot of un expected sickness happen here which are hard to detect and you end up spending lot of money on Health care. This situation could differ from region to region in US as this is a huge country with different weather conditions. Especially your Spouses have high probablity to go through depression here. Also lot of processed food is a big contributing factor for this. 6. Visa Hassle: This is a super pain. You will be restricted to travel on different occassions and situations. Like say after the first slab of your H1B which is 3y say you initiate an extension, you get 240 days until a decision comes from USCIS so till that time you can't travel. If you do, mostly you will loose your job, you cannot come back until a decision is done and even if a positive decision comes you will have to first apply for Visa. You can imagine the Pain right? What will you do if something happened to your loved one in your home country? Different situation for people with family and Bachelors. 7. Cost of Housing: Current times (2024) are pretty bad! At least 25% of your Gross Pay (Assuming you are earning say 100k gross) will go in this expense for a reasonable average house. And still you will not get a satisfying place to say. US looks good/amazing in the outside, but the insides of a House could be Pathetic!! Trust me. You will be surprised to know that despite paying such a high rent, you will still have Pests including rats/mouse/mice in your residence!!! Yes, you heard that right. 8. Free Schooling in US is a Myth now in 2024: Yes you heard that right. There was a time when Public education had true glory like about a decade back. But now it's mostly a place for eating away public funds by the once who run it. Most of the classes don't have teachers most of the times. Such classes are substituted with people who can't even speak English!!! Note that Free Schooling is not really free!! They recover their money through the high rent that you Pay as there is high property tax which indirectly raises your rent!! I had an experience with my Son. One of his class just after 3 month of school, the Teacher took medical leave and never came back, so remaining months there was a substitute (who does not teach anything, just takes attendance!!) and my Son didn't learn anything further in that subject!! Can you imagine!! I have a Lot lot more to write. I will do it another day 🙂. I will edit this or creat my own content to explain further. There was a time when coming to US was truely an Amazing experience. But Trust me folks, now it is NOT and deteriorating in a very fast pace.

@@sehjividigitalsolution the easiest scholarship to get that almost everyone does is the Highlander achievement scholarship for 2k a semester. Tuition right now is about $9700k including fees. For example I have 2 jobs at NJIT which pays like 75% of my tuition. I work as a robotics construction and research assistant in the ME department and as a Peer mentor in the CDS.
