All what is said looks rosy. But look in actaul suitation. There is already stagnation in IT jobs and difficult to sustain who are here since y*ers. Think about before you come.
IT jobs are meant to be such since years and there was much worse layoff market before also it's just you all came to know now. If u talk about competition it was even before also because cs is a competitive job and asks for continuous learning and upskilling so there's nothing new about it. It's just you all have seen this for the first time and thinking the IT market has become bad but in actuality it's little bad than expected but not worse. Better to accept this market is a normal market but it's becoming highly competitive and what y'all think "a good market" will never come to anytime in the future
Great video! Thanks so much for making a data-driven video and not just spread misinformation (extremely prevalent online these days, especially when it comes to this topic)
Always heard this advice from people who choose a cheaper university coz the outcomes are similar and it's better to graduate with a lesser debt. Life as an immigrant in the USA is very uncertain and there is a big problem related to the visa.
What is the scope of non-tech careers in the USA, eg, management, finance, consulting, accounts? How it looks after MS in upcoming years, PLEASE SHARE YOUR INSIGHTS.
My son did his MS from ASU and got his H1B in his very first attempt. He worked there ( work from home) for 2 years on a project as Senior Business analyst. But after his project was over , he was not given a project by his company....all the projects were given to undergrad Americans. My son faced the 'no work no pay' for several months. He was not released saying that he had signed a contract and that they would get him a good suitable project soon. All this happened in2023. He finally managed to return to India after requesting them.... on December 2023. He is applying for his MBA here. Will his H1B visa be valid now?
arey ha bhai, H1b toh theek he, lekin comaonies ab STEM OPT walo ko bhi nahi rakh rahi...They are asking " Will you now or in NEAR FUTURE require Visa sponsorship" aur jaise hi STEM OPT pata chalta he toh siddhe Reject...F1 visa expire hone tak bhi kaam kar sakte the toh best tha, cause investment pura nikal jata..H1B toh door ki cheez ho gayi
MATLAB BHAI aap ese bol rahe ho ke ... after 2 year education, 3year stem opt me job nahi milti ?? but bhai for example after 2 year education , kya me koi bi job ( not releated or related to my field of study ) kar sakta hu mera loan repay karne ke liye. bro please reply as i have got visa for florida tech ( fall 24) , but after asking around many students there online, they said there are no part time available currently. To me confuse hu bhai , ke itna bada loan ka risk le ke jana chahiye ya nahi ???
The H1B quota should be adjusted based on the market condition. There are folks on green card and Citizenship are struggling therefore no reason of hiring people on H1B visa.
Great video! Really like the calm and cool manner in which you used data and showcased all the different things to consider before coming to a conclusion. 😇🙌
I think the research is extensive and appreciate the efforts with analysis, hope to see a video on the same topic next year when we know about the new President, and another additional pointer on recession - Fed rates affect it directly, since it's started to go on a rate cut cycle, by 2027 you can expect inflation rate to come back to what it was pre-covid levels, and job rates will improve by a significant margin

San Jose looks like a good choice. It was one of the colleges I applied for but never got it. Location wise its great but living expenses may be too much.
Nothing useful provided as far as education is concerned in USA. Most of the information is on job/visa after master's which does NOT make sense for someone who wants to study (purpose of coming). He/she at that time can go back to the country of origin or do a PhD etc.
@@shantanuvarun9900 I can say for certain if you work hard, be passionate you can sure money/opportunity comes to you. The more you worry about things which are not in your control it only makes your life miserable.

If trump comes back, then he will make more stringent rules and he favours American employees. Indians will face the brunt of his power for sure.
