My Pastor use to sing The Lord is my Light. He was a Baritone. Beautiful voice He passed away several years ago now.

I'm looking for sheet music for this. When my mom was in charge of special music at our church, she bought 2 copies of the corresponding book, and had organists and pianists play some of these pieces for prelude, postlude, etc. The church has lost those books! Does anyone know someone who has them?

My Parents used to have a album by the White Sisters with this song on it that they played in our home, growing up all the time. I am a Minister's Daughter. I thought of this song tonight and found it here. I love it🌻

When I was a little kid in the 70's, my dad did sales with record albums and he gave me the Bill Gaither Trio Sunday School Picnic, Especially For Children. It has many songs on there, including This Little Light of Mine. He also gave me a small record album that only had This Little Light of Mine on one side and the instrumental version in side 2. I loved listening to both. And I must say, that this is the only version of This Little Light of Mine that I love, even to this day. I don't really like any other version. All others pale in comparison to this version by the Gaither Trio. Before I knew what they looked like, I pictured the cast of the Brady Bunch whenever I listened to these record albums. Sweet memories.

I thought I had heard every cantata JWP composed, but I’m hearing this for the first time on 3/11/23. I directed all of them or sang as a teen in the church choir.

Thank you so much for posting this. Paul was a dear close friend of our family. He played this song for my grandpa's funeral and I grew up always hearing him play the organ and sort of took it for granted as a kid and it's wonderful to hear it again. As an adult I can better appreciate his musical talents. Thank you, he is greatly missed.

"Beyond all time" is my favorite one though I love them all. I remember when back in the '70s, I used to listen to it frequently on a program by Bill Pierce called Nightsounds. Played on WCVO The Christian voice of Central Ohio.

When I was a new Christian, he came to our church to sing and a met him. Wonderful man!

I have been A long time admirer of Mr.Boggs' music for many years. While browsing around around a Chirstian book store I came upon his first (if maybe not the very first) of his recordings on the Word label titled "I walked today where Jesus walked'. The most I treasure is "The Splendor of Sacred Song' with the London Orchhestra The Man is an absolute perfectionst!! Never got to meet the man, but through his music he seems to be very humble man of God Being 89 now I'll have to wait little longer to meet up with him. RIP BROTHER FRANK... I LOVED IT!!!!!

Enjoyed finding and listening to this quartet today. I worked at BBB when they were there in the late 50's.
