When I got my Brompton in 2021, the staff at the shop all had the large borough roll top bag. After 3 years with it, I completely understand why.

I have the big borough bag. It lets me carry my laptop, electronics bag, lunch, a sweater, and a foldable backpack. The backpack is for shopping after work.

Upright is perfect for bad backs. Being hunched over is bad for the back.

Brompifiction titanium seat stem always slipped when used on my T Line. I do not recommend that one.

My Brompton is my favorite bike. Perfect bike for apartment living. It’s great for back problems because you sit upright. I have the 12BK SP Dyno and got it in 2019. I have a lot of miles on it. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a light weight bike and lives in an apartment. I added extra lights and it looks really cool.

As a Dane I use a slightly padded, Selle Italia Carbon Saddle, and a standard length, Titanium Pin with a turned round AceOffix clamp (Below the saddle), to hopefully be able to use my sturdy B&W travel Box. I have only tested my B&W softbag.

I've driven one of these, and they're not bad at all. Compared to, say, Achielle, they're a bit lighter even. However, were I to be a purist I would prefer the latter since it still uses external lug-welded steel frames, which gives a more classical look than these ones.

Imperium Cycle rear suspension, ridea seat post clamp, ridea wheel extender. The rest kept stock since its sturdy enough for daily commute. TBH, its best not to mod too much to keep it as original as possible apart from some aesthetic replacement. All is good.

This new video series you’re making on accessories for the Brompton is excellent. But a mystery to me is why you’re not including any links to the devices you discuss in the previous Brompton upgrades video or this one to find the product you’re talking about also the previous Videos you talk about. You actually pointed to the description as having links to the videos you display on the screen earlier in the video, but there’s nothing in the description. Please keep doing these, but add links to the products and videos and other things you discuss within it please and the names of the items it’s so much easier to reference the comments about the video when I want to go back and find information that you’ve discussed then rewatch the video to find the name of something. Again, kudos to you all for producing these. They are excellent but just need to add above and, it’s perfect.

I do not see that many meny Brompton electric bicycles around the Brompton electric bike has about 25 mile range and no disc brakes buying a second electric Brompton battery is two Coseley now we have time out of the EU there's no reason why they cannot put the twist and go back on electric bikes...

Make an off road / gravel version of the Brompton and put on disc breaks pleeeeease!!!

There is no way the Brompton 6spd has a 3 pounds of weight saving compared to a regular 6 spd. A shimano Alfine 11 weighs 3,4 pds, so unless the Brompton gear system is weightless, the numbers are completely off and weight saving is absolutely not the reason Brompton uses this weird combo that makes shifting unnecessarily cumbersome because you need to use 2 shifters all the time, because they are each separetely controlling the 2 and 3 spd system.

My part of the city doesn’t have a lot of bike lanes, so I’m leaning toward a long tail/two-wheeled cargo bike, because I’ll probably need to ride on the sidewalk sometimes.

Smh. Incredible how people found a video that was clear in its title, "Brompton Bicycle 2024 buyers guide". Then filled the comments asking for a completely different video that compares the bikes to cheaper bikes with cheaper parts. Think for a day, or two days, before commenting if your reading comprehension is very poor. It will be better for everyone on RUclips. Thanks ≠=================≠ To appease the trolls with zero reading comprehension: Zizzo is a great deal, great bike, some very cheap parts that real riders would upgrade. Changes the price. Still a great deal. Montague is a fast bike, good prices. But, you get into puzzling mediocrity in higher end models. Not the greatest parts on the models that get into the price range of the Bromptons. I am not impressed by Montague specs. Breaks, shifters etc on higher end models are disappointing compared to the way the trolls were raving about them in the comments. The anecdotal race comments are pathetic. Did the ither rider agree to race you? I didn't think so. It means NOTHING to overtake another bicycle on the road.

You need to discuss errors in the installation. For example if the cables loosen at the handle bars, if the cable becomes frayed. I’ve been to three bike shops who had no clue what to do. Finally installed a heavy puncher proof intertube on the back wheel. And watched lots of videos. 10,000 km done

'hope the upgrades also translate to the voice coverage, for better listening comfort. The lowered modulation sounded fake, this made the inflection at the end of sentences a bit more disconcerting, like the rattle of plastic ezwheels on cobblestone paving.

"Black Iron Horse" is far and away my favorite cargo trike!!! Worth watching videos on that cargo trike!!! Rear, bicycle-simple, single-wheel steering is Maximized Simplicity AND Best Maneuverability! Cargo/people in largest cargo box because of no upfront steering complexity! HUGE DIFFERENCE!

Love the emphasis at the end on community. A huge unexpected benefit of the city cargo bike lifestyle.

'The larger you are on the road, the more safe and secure you will be': I totally agree with that statement. I bought an acoustic Bullitt from you folks a few years ago (which I love, btw!!!). I definitely sense that I'm more visible on the road to drivers and that they tend to keep their distance more often.
