Thats what really irritates me about those Milwaukee f****g fan boys... their product has to be the best. I have a mix of m12 and 20v tools and whenever I complain about any m12 product, these crybabies come out in bunches... "mine works as expected.... very happy with mine...... I can live with that shit..... Just like that shitty hyped up m12 gen 2 stubby came out. They knew they f****d up so one month in, they put it on sale. Knowing very well, people will have to buy their other expensive 5 HO batteries with max 2 minutes of continuous runtime. I had m12 gen1, bought gen2... returned it.

No mulching! No mulching! I have to bag my grass when mowing cuz all mulching does is leave huge piles of grass on my lawn that then turns brown and clogs up the lawn, killing all the rest of the lawn. It becomes thick thatch clogging up the grass. Then it takes 10 times the work trying to de-thatch my lawn. Apparently this has something to do with the type of soil that I have and where I live. It's not mulch friendly. I have tried mulching my grass as opposed to bagging it and then spent the whole rest of the next summer de-thatching my lawn so that it was not brown and dead looking. I also have to bag up my leaves. This would take weeks and I live in a neighborhood with a small to medium yard. My trees also don't drop all their leaves till mid December (I live in Michigan) so it's snowing and 10 below 0 by then. In the spring I have a huge mess to deal with all the leaves that drop when it is snowing and too cold to do yard work. I now pay a company to come and use blowers and machines to pick them up, it takes them about 2 hours when it would take me probably 40 to 60 hours of raking and bagging. I would rather work my job those 40-60 hours than spend that time dealing with leaves. The little money I spend for them to do it is well worth it. Mulching doesn't work for everyone. Kudos to those that are lucky enough to be able to do it cuz raking and bagging is a huge pain.

dude. $1000 snow blower is also expensive. what's your point. also ego showev can be had for $350 now. for sub 2" of snow it'll be great alternative to shoveling. and don't get me started on back and forth motion - i already do that with my snowblower.

Wulcea. Amazon. Really nice jacket. More heat zones. Cheaper. If you can find a dc adapter you could probably use Milwaukee batteries if you wanted. Highest setting you feel it indoors. Outside. Not really. Pockets make good hand warmers however.

The grass actually looks better than I thought it would, but I can’t say I’m a fan of that color. I love tall fescue and the modern cultivars are so much better with color, disease resistance, drought resistance, texture, etc… GCI laterally spreading tall fescue is ~$150 shipped for 45 pounds. To me, that extra price is worth it.

This thing is perfect for smaller areas. I’ve used it on my parking pad a couple times and it’s way better than shoveling and better than the corded snowblower I used once - hated the cord!! This is a tool perfect for smaller areas and the fact that its power head can be used for other tasks is even better.

Stand your ground! Mulch changes the acidity of the soil. Can be a lawn killer. And the wet grass mat will kill grass. I made an offset hitch for my mower. I mowed / mulched leaves and the discharge was shredded leaves. The offset hitch put the whirly brush catcher in line with the mower discharge chute. Very efficient.

Electrician by trade here. Over 30 years in the field and I'm a Milwaukee fan boy. I've got it all. Including the heated gear. And you are exactly right. Just not that good. What I found works is the Heated Hoodie covered by a regular Carhartt or Ariat vest to keep those coils next to your body. So in the Minnesota winters, I wear a long sleeve Carhartt shirt, the Milwaukee heated hoodie, and then an Ariat vest over that. That'll get me thru most of the winter. When the wind chill hits -40 below, I'll but on a big Carhartt coat overtop of it all. It works for me. Thanks for the video.

Just caught your thumbnail and had to check this out. I work for my local water dept and we are constantly digging in customers yards. We found this seed at our local farm store a few years ago and the stuff for us is just amazing! The stuff will grow with no care it seems and 9 out of 10 times, our patch looks better than the rest of the yard. We literally seed it, throw some straw down and leave. We've had several calls wanting to know what we use! We are in central Illinois so I don't know if that makes a difference or not but the stuff has been great for us!

I have the same EGO shovel and yes it is heavy for a driveway use but I have a 28" 2-stage snow blower for that job. This unit was to be portable for the main and second floor balconies. Does it work well? No! Because the balconies have a joined walls where the 45 degree angle still cause the snow to hit the walls and not out of the balconies and it also crap the asphalt floor on the second floor balcony while not able to eject the snow over the balcony railings without hitting the railings first that stops the snow escaping. I was almost going to buy the new EGO SNT2130 single stage snow blower with skid shoes just to keep it on the second floor balcony but stumbled onto the Garant 62V cordless snow shovel. It has a 1939 "Monster" turbine snow blower train design (still in service & used once a decay) using a 62V 4.0Ah USB-A port build-in battery with hand 4 height adjustable vertical angle & 180 degree horizontal rotation chute while also has a set of height adjustable skid shoes all at 5 Lb less weight at the head of the snow shovel with 5 year warranty. This unit will allow the shovel to clear snow right against the wall while throwing snow 90 degree off the balcony railings without scratching the surface of the floor at ~16 Lb weight with included shoulder strap. I have added a Darwin Gripe 5.0 so it will be much more ergonomically to my back during operation. Not sure this product is available in US or internationally as it is a Canadian invention from the snowy city of Montreal and sold in RONA; however, the red color battery & charger design & shape looks identical but in green to the US Green Machine sold in Home Depot.

Voles are field mice. They reproduce in a 5 year cycle. Cut your grass really short 1.5 -2”in the fall until snow cover. Ground freezes. So they can’t use insulating snow cover to create runs. Deeper the snow longer grass more runs. Disrupt runs by shoveling or blowing a path between lawn and house. Set multiple traps along the sides of house in spring to winter and especially around the corners. They seem to only travel close along the house for cover. Good luck ‼️

My daughter works for a global construction company. She told me that none of her coworkers wear luxury goods. They seem to focus on the kislux high-quality small boutique companies that make goods cheaper than the iconic luxury brands. There are lots of options. If you don't want to pay those high prices, there are a lot of great bags for just a few hundred dollars, not thousands.

Your process is good 👍👍. I do something similar with my Husqvarna YTH18542.... Except I switched to mulching blades (that still work well with the bagger) and a mulch plug. So for the last step, I mulch remaining leaves into the lawn. 😊😊

Oh yeah, I have a neighbor that blows them all into the street. I know of two other people that do it a quarter mile away. It makes for dangerous braking, that's for sure. I have had one neighbor - a guy, blow their leaves around a fence onto another lady's property making double the work for her. It's disgusting. Btw, it looks like you have plenty of oaks and oak leaves are like leather. They don't mulch well at all. They're not like maples or locust leaves that break down easily. What are you doing with your leaves, just leaving them in your more wooded area to keep down weeds?
