@@badmaro304 the Lt1 is garbage you literally can't drive it in the rain . I have Vented MSD on drove it in the rain and it shit on me it's not practical for daily driving at all sick weekend cars tho

@@Dwebb223 I’ve actually replaced like 3 Optis on the car in 3 years so I’m finally just doing a 24x conversion. The lt1 itself has potential but the ignition system is 100% trash.

There’s a lot of options you can swap the car to for a relatively easy swap. Even if you swapped that car to the LT1 V8 that came as the factory option it wouldn’t be too terrible, but don’t spend the same money to swap it as if you could just buy one. Maybe saving for a V8 model would be easier, and then you have a better base to start with. You can still build the V6 cars too

Saving for a V8 is gonna take quite a while seeing as i Still Got a year more of School and then possibly college or a sports career you never know so currently its only gonna be summer Jobs. V6s from what Ive seen are waay more affordable at the moment and i think the price for a swap wouldnt reach the current price of base V8 models...its Still a bit of road left ahead and i gotta think everything through well Thanks anyways i apreciate it

Yeah I had actually looked into that a little bit, the guy who sold the car said he had just replaced that but I feel like he lied about a lot of things he said he did.

There’s certain things from those cars that will tend to hold them back, the distributors are the worst part of the whole car. I haven’t had too much bad luck tbh, any time I do it’s ignition related tbh.

Yes 100% that’s how I did mine, I cut the wires on the factory headlights and wired mine into them with connectors. So mine just go right in place of the factory lights meaning they work exactly the same. And I hooked the halos up to the fog lights so they work off of the fog light switch. That way I can run with just halos when I use the fog light switch because I don’t have fog lights on this car.

@@jasonludwick3504 no I don’t have fog lights. The halos on the headlights operate under my fog light switch, I removed the factory ones and put grilles. The headlights halo has a separate wire from the headlight bulb in the center

That’s a pretty similar setup to mine, I agree I love riding in them. There’s just a certain nostalgia to it.

Believe it or not, no promo, I just got so fed up with vvivid products and tried something else and this was wayyyy more user friendly and looks better.

That’s what these are, a little cutting and stuff is needed to fit them but they look great when done!

The tail lights are custom made and the guy who made them closed down, the tires are 275s. The street wheels are 17x9.5 all the way around and the drag wheels are 15x10 in the back, took some clearing on the brakes to make the drag wheels work

@@jasonludwick3504 the hood is a harwood cowl hood. It’s a 2.5in cowl, that one can still be purchased!

Her mustang is a stock converter and it doesn’t load up much at all before the wheels want to start turning. She needs a higher rpm stall because it can only rev to like 2,000 rpm’s before the tires wanna break. And that sounds like a lot to have dealt with man.

@@badmaro304 my baha Blazer truck was 1800 had it finned for 2400 for B&M 144 308 gears ran down all trucks bikes and rails got within 100 feet of Jeff Gordon His car breaking in half both Virginia city baha 500s never lettting off lol i think they bolt his gas foot to floor board lol most wont put it this way but they spool every shift.. i live for custom fin jobs lol I love her Mother of my 3 boys lol

There was no rewiring I had to do at all for the ones I had previously on the car. They just bolted right up like the factory style.

@@EthanMedia bad_maro_304 is my IG, I’m not sure what you’re talking about though, the only aftermarket things I did was LED lights so they needed resistors put in the wiring, and I tinted the lenses. Besides that they’re the same as whatever you’d have

@@kingtru7447 headers are a pain in the butt on these cars. And I ran this nitrous kit on a totally stock internal motor, all it had was headers, cold air intake, and exhaust

@@d3v_b apparently they updated the sound system in this one, can’t remember exactly what they did but they said it’s pretty solid, so I’m excited to try that out too.

I had bought it from eBay, I think someone just made it custom and it was the only one I saw listed so I jumped on it. It looks great too, they should make more!
