I do have a real Webley made in Birmingham, England, SxS which shoots like a first, hand made gun should, Which is perfect.(Webley 700 )it would be nice to do a comparison. The Turkish made Webley does look nice to be fair.

You should state that back bored guns are not ideal for fibre wad cartridges as they don't give a good gas seal. Fibre needs standard bored guns.

The reason the 410 is still going is that, with a silencer fitted, the 510 carbine is like a musket. The ultimate sporter is about the same length as a 410 carbine but is much more expensive.

I bought my Lyman just over two years ago for $250. It worked fairly well until it didn’t. One day with no warning it just quit working & wouldn’t zero the scale anymore rendering it useless. It gave readings all over the map. Scale drift was (4) full grains in a minuet. I contacted Lyman support; they gave me some things to try. It was no use. She never worked again. Bottom line… I got maybe 1000 rifle cases charged in the two years of use for $250. Save your money, buy something better. You don’t have to spend $1000 on a scale. But there are numerous other options out there. I went with the Hornady Auto Charge Pro for $340. We’ll see how that works.

I have the escort ps marine 12g and I hav had it for 7 years now and never had an malfunction with it. Got the gas system opend up when it was new so it would run low power ammo. So now it runs on everyrhing. Only negative is the coting lets go over time

I've got this rifle and the pistol in .177....worked great for a while but now a bit of a leak from the pistol....and the importer appears to be on holiday as far as parts are concerned....so I guess, unless you have some mechanical expertise, I'd avoid Webley airguns until the after service improves....shame as I'm a big fan of Webley designs

Had .177 version for almost a year now as a starter. Only complaints: magazine springs are a little on the weak side so have got used to checking rotation before loading. Seems to have slight co2 leak if left for a few weeks. Otherwise would recommend.

Here in the US if you want black powder get on the internet order it and it shows up at your same for modern ammo. Same for black powder muzzle loaders and percussion caps. Our left wing politicians would like to turn the US into Europe when it comes to firearms but they can't because we're all armed. Cheers

I have the Benelli Nova Tactical with pistol grip. 6:43 aside from it not being semi -auto like it’s M4 big brother, it’s a solid shotgun that can handle anything!

If you like leaving the magazine in the gun when the magazine block the probe just put one pellet in the magazine and discharge it in a safe direction. Now the gun is empty and the magazine won't get lost.

Ive went through 2 metal stock pro comps in less than a month... First one, top barrel came with the 1/4 choke jammed into it from factory, managed to get the choke out, the cylinder choke would fit both barrels but the rest wouldnt fit in the top barrel but would on the bottom. They are apparently mobil choke but the thread pattern was wrong as my teagues which fit in my other webley which is mobil choke wouldnt thread into either barrel... so that was returned Picked up a second pro-comp, this one, all chokes apart from the 3/4 would fit in the top barrel but all would fit the bottom barrel.. none of the spacers would fit as the cerakote added thickness to the center of the spacers so were too tight to fit.. worst part of this one was and the main reason it was returned, after the first 50 shots, the action opened on its own while shooting. I was shooting top barrel first, pulled the trigger and the action opened but my reaction time was too slow and it allowed me to squeeze off the bottom barrel with the action popped open.. Such a shame as i really wanted one of these but after 2 poorly made ones, im out...

I have just bought this in the Bronze finish. It’s an excellent rifle well made and very accurate.

The issue with all these Turkish made shotguns in my opinion isn’t so much quality it’s service and parts availability. All guns are gonna break it’s just when and what. The problem with these Turkish guns that I believe is the largest issue and affects resale is it’s impossible to get them serviced or even get simple parts. Yes you can take them to a gunsmith but risk a pricy hack job repair. It just makes them throw away guns which is sad.

I am looking for a 20ga shotgun at the moment and I would like to know, is the W&S 20g just 20ga barrels on a 12ga action please? As I'm after a lighter shotgun!

Bought a 687 grade five recently after wanting one for many years and sold two perfectly good brownings and a Remington 7400 in order to make the purchase. I couldn’t be more disappointed as bottom ejector failed to function properly right out of the box. I returned to the dealer where purchased and he convinced me to “ just shoot it it will be fine”. Well it wasn’t and isn’t fine . Burrs on the ejector lugs ( right side , bottom barrel only) and metal shavings peeling off which literally caused deep scratching in the barrel block . This is my first beretta but I’m no novice firearm owner and I my be the unlucky 1/10000 but the quality of this firearm has ruined the purchase experience for me and I certainly wouldn’t recommend one to anyone.

I own two Silver Pigeons, 686 grade 1, both right hand. I am a left-handed shooter with a bony, narrow face. The right-hander fits me better than the southpaw model, which was unexpected. If you have a broad or fleshy face, I would expect different fitment.

So basically in the UK, you CAN own legal pistols, but only on the condition that they are the cool cowboy revolvers?

Stay far away from any Hatsan guns. Bought a Hatsan PCP had issue with the bolt they sent me an RMA. month passed no word started emails rarely getting any response . Finally I get a response and they claim it wasn't there never arrived. I sent the USPS receipt with Tracking# that shows it was delivered to them have been sending emails and they refuse to respond at all now. STAY FAR AWAY these rats will rip you off.

I love this F3 - great gun - I have 20; 28; & 410 barrels. Having owned several Krieghoffs - I prefer the F3.

they come in handy for practical shotgun, average competition has 8-10 birdshot stages (birdshot being size 6 or bigger), a few slug stages and finally, buckshot (max 9 balls) which is where Gamebore Buffalo comes in handy

I found them very good for clay pigeon shooting, also work fine in my semi-auto for practical shotgun sessions, I like high brass (probably doesn't matter but makes the cartridge look a bit more robust)

a friend of mine gave me a few to try in my Benelli M2 (which cycles literally everything) and they would jam pretty much every time, works fine in o/u

I am a 70 years young gentleman and a side by side man through and through! I have been looking for something like this for an age as I want to swap out my SxS 12ga hammer shotgun and the 12ga SxS hammerless shotgun for a 20ga side by side. Apart from not having a butt plate and a none selecting trigger, this doesn't look too bad. But what is its weight please?

Love my 2007 29” F3 especially after a full service from Mulliners, it’s like a new gun, tight and crisp again. I like them so much I bought a second hand 32” F16 and just bought a brand new F3, all plain sporting stock and feel pretty much the same. A1 blaser… bloody hard to find any Skeet jackets, boots or anything other than the guns, at a reasonable price that is…. 😊

THE NOVA SOPERNOVAS ARE GOOD WORKING GUN. THERE ARE MANY GOOD PUMPS OUTTHERE: WINCHESTER, REMINGTON, BROWNING, OLD ITHACA'S ETC. I PERSONALLY PREFER THE MOSSBERG 500 SERIES.

Just bought a 32” Dark Side today. Been shooting my buddy’s Z Sport and I really liked it. I can tell there’s less recoil than my K-80 Parcours X when shooting the Zoli.

Years ago I had one of these made by ASM, with CVA markings. It was essentially an 1861 Navy with a 5.5” barrel and half-fluted cylinder. Cool little belly gun. I gave it to a friend who used it in gunfight re-enactments, and he really liked it.

What measures for replacing theoretical gaskets or rings does the Hatsan Flas Qe 5.5 rifle have?... -Nowhere do they give that information, it would be good to know.
