i have not installed the mosse man yet, i run a bypass plugg in the stock thermostat, i would recommend the mossle thermostat for road use, due to the car runs on to low oil temp for road use with the bypass plugg. but you could probably use the stock thermostat also, the oil cooler works great, and if it doesn't, upgrade the thermostat later on then. and i did not upgrade the oil lines, they seems fine on my car, my M has 90000km on it so still quite fresh

Thanks 🙏🏼 i got the full akrapovic titanium exhaust. The best exhaust for the n54 acording to me 😅😍 Microfone are from the GoPro inside the car, i got a video with better sound on my Chanel, go and check it out 😁 If you have the same or a 135i try to fold down the rear seats, it makes a ton of difference inside the car 😁

Skip to 4:59min and you Will se, hitting the curb and the cars get air. Maby doesent look that bad, but thats a realy close one to if the car starts sliding, it Will be hard to conter steer that in that speed. 😅

Got the ohlins r/t (preload is at 0, have the springs as low as possible, and click are quite soft. Maby to soft, i have 10 clicks from hardest! But they are a bit to soft so i might change to 5-7 clicks from hardest Millway camber plates in front

@@TwistyRoadsSE I run my Ohlins at 15 clicks. On our bumpy Australian tracks they are just not compliant enough with less clicks than that :(

@@BMW1M same here, if i go harder it gets a litle bumpier, think 10-7 Click are optimal for my car on nurburgring, back home on the smaller tracks 7 is a good setup

Thanks, i would say its a icecreem car. And a roadtrip car, for longer weekend trips to see nice places and enjoy it. It does not fitt like a daily, or a city car. It want to have open roads.

It works great, was down on nurburgring i August around 25 celsius. And had steady temp at around 115celsius 👌🏼

@@TwistyRoadsSE that’s great and all you did was install an OEM M3 transmission cooler and re-purposes it as a 1M oil cooler🧠🧠🍺??? Did you end up putting your oil thermostat back on?

@andreagate542 no, i bought a uppgraded m3 transmission oilcooler that is dubble the size from stock m3 and 1M/n54 cooler. This summer i testet it without the thermostat, and it was hard to get the car up to temp, so i Will probably install the mossleman thermostat this Winter.

@@andreagate542 Thanks, for track use it perfect without a thermostat, but when cruising motorway it is running a litle to low Motorway Cruise is around 75-85c so would like to have atleast 85-95c Outside temp around 25-30c when testning

I love them, they performe good on the road and on the track. Can strongly rekomend them. But if you want cheaper look for ST coils, they are most Bang for buck 😊

@@TwistyRoadsSE : I've now Bilstein B12 Sportline, but getting a bit old. Too stiff on street, too soft in track. Would like to have it the other way around

@@hjd5973 then i think the öhlins Will work fine for you, they are soft and nice on the street. And stiff enough on the track. On track and road i have them quite soft in the setting, and im still far away from the stiffest setting

Its a realy good and fun car. It gets even better with bucket seats, makes ton of differens

Im trying, but life always comes i the way, with work and everything else. But im trying and hopefully this or next week i Will have another lap out 😁 and Thanks 🙏🏼 Oil temp was perfect, never got over 120celsius, even after 3 hard laps in a row no issue at all.
