  • Nurburgring Nordschleife! chasing my friend in his stock E92 M3 vs my E82 1M with around 400 hp
    my car seems a little bit faster and i think it because my weight is less than the M3. stay tuned and share it, like it. and comment what you want to see in the future.

    Hi, do you have problems with the Oil Temperature? Can you make a Video where you explain all your mods?

      My car runs 20C lower than stock temps, even at autobahn speeds. Here's how:
      -Mosselman thermostat -15C
      -M3 rain cowel open engine bay -2C
      -Set fan Speed to sport -3C MHD
      -Wagner EVO 1 intercooler.

      I was there in october, so it was around 20C outside. Had no isues with heat. But i have experienced high oil temp at the track and it skyrocket to 135-145C.
      Im planing on uppgrade the oilcooler, comming in a month.
      I also had the mossleman but it dident help much, so i put back the oem one, and delitet the thermostat with i bypass plugg instead.

      @@TwistyRoadsSE I want to emphasize that I only have 1 stock oil cooler. Yet my car always runs far below stock temperatures. I don't think extra coolers are necessary. The thermostat upgrade significantly lowered my temps. If you just 'bypass' it (incorrect) your car will take longer to warm up. The N55 had different cooling channels in the block so I wonder how an N54 with the same cooling improvements would compare to my N55... If I was going on track I'd also set the front fan speed to Sport or Track.

      @@DigitalDissident in summer its no problem to get the oil temp even with a bypass, you still have the thermostat for the water system and as long as that has it the engine have no problem to get up in temp at summer time. Below 5-10C outside temp i would not rekomend bypass, but abow 10C its no problem.
      Do you track you car? Because its a Big difference on autobahn and regulator roads. I never have problem on the road. But when its 29C outside and im on the track it has problems after 10-15 min of 100% hard track driving.

    Was this filmed in 2023? The Tourist drives haven't started yet.
    135i is smaller, faster, lighter...

      Was there in october. 135 and 1M is the same car, just the 1M is a litle wider, wich is good on the track. And it has the same steering like the m3 e90 and it has the same diff and chassie.
      But a 135 is a great tracktool also. Have friends that run them and they are great.
      The weight is not much of a difference.
      Whats Done to yours 135? 😊

      I was on the nurburgring with it before too.
