I am way behind with flosstube as always, which is why I don't comment very often. But I wanted to offer my condolences on this one with the passing of Simon. Doesn't matter how old they are, losing a pet is very difficult 😢 I wish you strength and comfort in these hard times. 🫂💜

I recently bought the pattern for the Twisted Band Sampler by Northern Expressions. Going to do the same one you are doing with the specialty stitches. Trying to decide what threads I want to use and was curious to see which ones you are using. No hurry getting back to me. This will be a start for 2025 for me. Thanks.

Caroline, Your Christmas Elf Fairy is really turning out beautifully!! Is that fuzzy floss hard to work with. I simply can't do French knots well, so I always use beads instead. Cross Stitch is supposed to be relaxing, and I definitely don't find French Knots relaxing. I hope the rest of Your semester goes well and You don't get sick again.

Just an fyi - 123stitch will do specialty cuts - just let them know in the notes and they will cut a larger piece to size, serge both pieces and label them with sizes. It is such a nice thing they do.

It's too time-consuming. Very neat and no tangles is 25:05 great, but I can't wait to start my stitching. Yet, it's frustrating finding floss organizations that will not tangle each time I pull out my cross stitching project. Thank you😅

Hedgehog and fall is my favorite

First, let me say that you look really great in that color of green! And, as always, it is a joy to see all your different projects. Your Christmas fairy and reindeer pieces will be gorgeous when all done. And your fall montage is stunning - I just hope I live long enough to see it completed. 😅 I also think that the hedgehog is one of nature's cutest creatures. 😊
