Do you mind showing me the wiring
Is there anything specific that you would like to see?
Oh you and my dad are gunna get along XD.
LOL, I'm assuming he does random repairs as well. Thanks for watching!
I enjoyed your video and the detail, but couldn't hear you well at all. Thanks
Thanks for watching! I will definitely try to improve the audio quality in future videos! Are there any questions that I can answer for you?
My message came on tonight. Thanks for the video bro.
Glad to be of help! You're welcome.
What about leaving a half inch at the bottom like I seen in other videos, to make sure that water won't wick up the wood again?
That should work, as long as it is aesthetically pleasing. If the jamb is primed, painted and caulked, you shouldn't have to do the half inch. Keep in mind that most caulks will shrink, and sometimes allows for moisture to seep in and cause mold growth. Thanks for watching!
Thank you! Question, is the air filter the same as the cabin air filter? If they are different, do you have a video for that as well? Thanks!
Hi! If you are referring to the engine air filter, it is not the same. The engine air filter is located under the hood to the left of the engine. I’ve included a link to a helpful RUclips video that demonstrates how to replace it: ruclips.net/video/8BvZb0q93ZY/видео.html I hope you find this useful! Thanks for watching!
@@peteshowtosreviews8067 THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!
Great video, I looked in Home Depot for sections of door jamb, came up empty, I probably should go to a building supply source ... is that what you did >
Hi, Home Depot should have full lengths of the jamb or sometimes they only sell the kit with the two sides and the top portion. I've included some Amazon links for smaller sections that you'll be able to buy. amzn.to/3AggbV0 or amzn.to/3NGl10V Hope this helps. Thanks for watching!
Have you thought about (or even used), the PVC door jamb material to make these repairs? No chance of this rot to ever occur again!
Hi, Yes, I have thought about and have used the PVC material. You are correct, it definably won't rot. I'm not a fan of the PVC because it's a little more difficult to manipulate when sculpting and it doesn't seem to hold filler that great. Thanks for watching!
I’ve been lmao while watching this video!😂😂😂 Very fun.. since when I tried to eat my 2-days bagel.. muscles on my face were so sore after a few bites🤣 I wanna give a try based on this advice, although I find this video is not that educational, but rather entertaining👍

I saw some reviews showing that the damper doesnt remain closed all the time. Meaning it ends up folded over where half the damper is open all the time. Do you know if this is an issue? Or just installation problems from the reviewers?
Hi, I apologize for the delayed response. I'm not sure if that is an issue for me, I'll have to check it out to be sure the damper is closing. I'll have to get back to you if I can see that the damper is open or closed. Thanks for watching!
What about when the bagels are in the freezer?
Hi, I haven't experimented with frozen bagels. I would exact it to be better in the toaster, of course without the paper towel. I don't want to guide you the wrong way. I apologize I wasn't able to give you a direct answer. Thank you for watching!
Love it, everything except the capers.
Awesome! not everyone, likes the capers. My wife and daughter aren't fans either, but my son basically eats what ever I eat for the most part. Thanks for watching!!
What do I connect the 4 wires on the voltage reducer too?
Hi, Two of them will connect directly to the batteries, one, (red) on the main positive terminal, and one, (black) on the main negative terminal. The other two will connect to the fuse box if you have one, or to the item you are installing. I recommend using a fuse box. Pay attention to the wires coming out of the reducer, you should see IN and OUT marked on the reducer. The wires marked (IN) get connected to the batteries I mentioned; and are normally heavier gauge and are a little thicker. Hope this answered your question. I apologize for the late response.
This is my life, right now. Thanks for the excellent video.

Bro, how do you have the same door, frame, exterior wall and floor tile as me 😂 Im here for a reason. Must be a common problem with this style house
No way! It's possible it's a builder that used the same design options or the same builder. It is a very common problem in certain climates and front entry designs. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions. Thanks for watching!
Cabinets before floors???? Dont care if you jack up cabs/doors/vanities to thickness of floors it will always have gaps and look off. Floors always first where I'm from.
I agree, I always have flooring installed prior to cabinets, vanities, and doors, but not door jambs because they get sprayed. The only exception is for laminate, LVP, or any floor that expands and contracts. I did not manage this project, the builder had his superintendent manage the project. I just documented the progress. I apologize for the late reply, thanks for watching!

That there are people out there who take the time to create these very useful videos is quite reassuring. Thank you for this information. I've got a half dozen that went stale. It would be a shame to throw them out.
You're very welcome! I've been experimenting with a new method that I find works better for me. I start by slicing the bagel but keeping it assembled, then I rub a bit of water on the outside. After that, I toast it with the cut side facing down in a toaster oven or a regular toaster. This approach seems to give me great results.
One more question how much did the septic tank system cost rough estimate
This house was built in 2018, but construction costs have risen since then, both for labor and materials. Additionally, depending on the county where you choose to build, you may need to install Aerobic Treatment Units (ATUs). These systems have a higher initial cost and require annual maintenance. They also need to be inspected at least twice a year. I've heard costs for these systems range from $15,000 to $25,000. I hope this helps answer your questions.
@@peteshowtosreviews8067 Yes it answers my question !! I’m thinking about building in central Florida. Thanks for the response.
How many blocks did it take to build or how many pallets did u use??
I'm not sure, I believe its approximately 17-20 pallets (technically it didn't come on pallets) but don't hold me to that number.
man. My cart has this same exact setup but can’t figure it out. It’s actually making me angry lol
I don’t have a voltage reducer but a shop pro told me you really don’t need one. Starting to think you might need one. I’ve spent hours looking at video and all my connections. Light just won’t come on.

Do you have a cost breakdown of how much it cost you to makeover the golf in total? Was it worth it to DIY or would it have been better to pay a company to do it for you? Curious of your final thoughts after all is said and done?
Hi, I do have a cost breakdown ready. I've been planning to make a video about it but haven't had the chance yet. I'll add it to my schedule and cover what I paid initially and the cost if you were to do it now. DIY is definitely worth it. When I was looking for a club car, similar refurbished models were priced between $10K and $15K. The trick is to buy a used cart at a good price and shop around for parts. Newer batteries will also help cut costs. I bought my cart for $3,500, and prices have since dropped due to lower demand. At the time, the price was higher in my area. In total, I spent just under $7K, excluding an upgrade to lithium batteries. About a year and a half later, I installed new Trojan T-875 batteries, which cost $950. Lithium batteries are much more expensive, but the standard batteries work perfectly fine for me, giving my cart a top speed of 24-25 MPH with the original motor and controller. I hope this answers your questions! Feel free to reach out if you have more. Thanks for watching!
@peteshowtosreviews8067 Thanks that's super helpful! I've been monitoring the price of used carts for the last year or 2 and also looked into the price of new. I've also seen a number of used ones that have been sort of flipped by someone already. I have seen heavy fluctuations in price (possibly seasonally). We are hoping to get one in the next year or two and trying to see what avenue makes the most sense in terms of cost and not knowing what we don't know. Thanks for your series on your cart flip! It looks awesome!
@@theresatiemann1574 You're welcome! I'm glad you found the information helpful. It sounds like you're doing your homework on this, which is great. The used cart market can indeed be quite volatile, with prices fluctuating based on factors like season, condition, and demand. If you’re planning to buy in the next year or two, keeping an eye on trends and possibly setting up alerts for when prices drop can be a good strategy. Sometimes buying off-season or during periods when demand is lower can get you a better deal. I would also stick with known brands, Club Car, E-Z-GO, and Yamaha, Preferably Club Car. These carts have easy to find parts and you'll have options to buy on different websites. There are some really nice Chinese golf carts out there, the problem is trying to get replacement parts or after market parts. In most cases you'll be required to buy parts from the dealer. The three brands that I mentioned seem to be reliable. I like the club car because parts are easy to find, and the aluminum frame is solid. E-Z-GO seems to have better options for after market bodies. Yamaha comes with a really nice stock suspension similar to a car. Feel free to reach out if you have any more questions or need further advice. Good luck with your search, and I hope you find the perfect cart for your needs!
Nice one mate great video! Keep it up

@@peteshowtosreviews8067where do you get the plastic from does it have a specific name... Also your video didn't address the cause of the water leakage into that part of the door
@@bill4786 Hi, There are two types of non-wood door jambs available as far as I know: PVC (plastic) and composite material. Personally, I prefer working with composite. BOSS-Rx 4-9/16 inches x 8 inches Door Frame Rot Repair Kit, The Ultimate Fix for Rotted Door Frames amzn.to/464AzUA The water damage appears to be caused by water seeping into unsealed parts of the door trim and jamb. This often happens when doors are exposed to the elements without adequate coverage, especially during rainy summers. I've noticed it's less common if the front entry provides enough shelter from direct rain. To address this, the best approach is to seal the area with outdoor caulk and apply paint for added protection.
