Randy Gordon, a self-described boxing lifer, has done it all in the sport. He began as a writer for G.C. London publishing, then became editor-in-chief of Ring magazine. From there, he was a boxing commentator on ESPN and MSG Network, among others. Gov. Mario Cuomo would tap him to become the New York State Boxing Commissioner before finally heading back into the media landscape. He co-hosts a boxing show on Sirius-XM wuth Gerry Cooney.     God Bless Al Certo, but Dear Lord, this interview was WAY after we learned that Golota could've died or been permanently paralyzed with one more punch! I don't blame him for what he did during the fight bc he didn't know how bad he was hurt and Golota had quit before and was a weirdo, but to keep up with this after having the benefit of hindsight is just willful ignorance

    from what i read a search warrant to search berko apartment was drawn up by investigators but it was never issued because it was deemed there was not sufficient probable cause that berko committed a crime and that evidence would be in his apartment. it seems like coffey is talking about a search warrant for the car? but that's usually not needed for an automobile if things are in plain view
