Solder Boy is low-key hella strong, like way beyond super solder levels and up there with Queen Meave and he's able to physically handle Homelander at least for a little while. Captain America just wouldn't be able to do enough damage to Solder-Boy without getting tagged with at least one punch. Gotta give it to Solderboy 🙂 less skill by leagues but far more power output.

I can see Starfire winning for sure. She's supposed to be a really good fighter. But that super speed from Supergirl and super strenth really gives her an edge. I think it comes down to her just being more durable and much stronger. It's the same reason Wonder Woman loses against super man most of the time, She's a far better fighter but Supes is just stronger, faster, and tougher.
