Great review, Captain Forest! Death Battle got "Joker VS Giorno" right, and made a solid, entertaining episode all around, so props to them! I wouldn't be *too* hard on Death Battle for their downplay of Joker and "Persona" cosmology, this is their second Persona match-up. They will improve with the feedback! Death Battle went from being skeptical of Star Platinum being lightspeed, to scaling both Joker and Giorno to infinite and immeasurable speeds, though Joker should be way higher. Honestly, I'm just relieved they got the verdict correct this time around, after "Omni-Man VS Bardock". Solid video!
Glad GER was debunked. I think that they did a good Job at showing GER limits. I always saw this as a stomp, no matter where you put GER, and ya boi Joker has many more wincons. Also who you think win, Speroth or Virgil. My boi Vergil got it.
@@yosukehanamura7467 sephiroth vs vergil is an interesting mu. Db did it years ago but its outdated and has bad research. It depends if they are just main games or comp.
"People just running off statements whereas feats are more impressive than statements and feats trump statements" I'm glad the last episode wasn't decided by a statement with 0 feats backing it up and needing like 10 assumptions in the winner's favor
Speaking as someone who's consumed every piece of media both characters have, I have nitpicks but overall enjoyed the video. That said i completely disagree with the outcome. I will say in direct response to this video, GER has an active and passive version of RTZ according to the JoJo A-GoGo guidebook. It outright says any attacks made towards it or it's user will be passively reverted to zero. GER also actively can choose to RTZ as seen by extended media such as the fighting games or PHF when Giorno RTZ's fugo back to base. Continuing on the theme of the last part, JoJo A-GoGo also goes more in depth on GER's stats. It states that the stand's stats are so far above the rest that it cant be measured using the same system. This said system includes Made in Heaven which is listed and shown to have infinite speed, and Tusk Act 4 which is stated and shown to have infinite strength. And not only that, in the fighting games there are side missions(some of which are canon) and written by the original author, where GER matches both and beats them. So not only is it stated that GER is above infinite in speed and strength, but its outright shown. While I do have Joker higher than what DB gave him personally, I dont buy immeasurable or outerversal joker. DB probably did lowball Joker to make it seem closer but I doubt they buy it either. And the major reason I doubt the results, I dont think Jpker can get past RTZ. As mentioned before Giorno could just RTZ himself back together but Joker's attacks I dont think can get past it(including almighty). In every instance of an ability similar to RTZ (maruki negating damage and enlil using retake which is presumably based on rtz) Joker's attacks are reset including almighty attacks like sinful shell. Joker has no resistance to causality. Hell he doesnt technically resist reality manip as a major plot point in P5R is that Maruki specifically chose not to use his ability on Joker and in the deadline ending he decides to anyways and Joker cant resist in any way. Almighty can bypass reality warping as evident by omnipotent orb having 1 statement, but Joker himself doesn't resist and 99% of his arsenal doesn't either. Side tangent I know. Unrelated but you mentioned Diavolo's ability is just to effect one's perception of time, but not only is it stated several times to be actual time being erased, we see that Diavolo using epitaph cant interact with anything during the 10 seconds being erased. That wouldnt make any sense if it was just people's perception of time being erased. I wouldnt recommend calling other people out for not paying attention to media and then get the 1 thing everyone knows about part 5 wrong. In the end its just a silly internet discussion and a fun animation on youtube. However, its insanely annoying to see the persona/powerscaling fandom be this toxic over the fight. Its always been that side I find even with some bad examples on JoJo's side, but this (the death battle results, not necessarily this video) just encapsulates it.
I’m so happy it’s finally over. GER fans being put on full unapologetic blast rn

You LOVE to see it
And yet they still are bitching. I've seen like half a dozen videos "correcting" it.
Can you try doing rogue from xmen vs Starfire from titans in comics?
Sure

Sorry I haven’t watched earlier but it’s so nice to see you uploading.
I'd assume they won't do kira vs adachi now since adachi negs with this scaling😂

Great review 🎉, Joker really left GER on read
I like joker fron persona 5 he's a cool character i like how he summoned his persona to help him in battle
The music they made was awesome too. Question what are your thoughts on Makoto Nijima vs Tifa?
Music was fire, and hmm, imma say makoto
@@captainforest Makoto vs Tifa is becoming more and more popular as a match up it seems.

So, Diavolo don't erases time, just the perception of it. Got it.
He does erase time.
It was a GG now imagin if death battle includes dimensional tiering

Btw why not attempt a scale on whole Megaten ?
