    Other videos show the belt itself is marked for each pully position so you won't be off a tooth. Maybe some belts don't have that feature. If the one I buy doesn't, I'll return it.

    The weight of the oil totally trips me out! 0W-20???? My wife's Tundra says it needs 0W-30. I put it in it once until I decided to give it some extra vitamins and minerals every IC Engine really needs and put Rotella T6 15W40 diesel oil in it. If it's good enough for my new Duramax, it should be just fine for some little gasser! In process of the oil change on my daughter's Rubi now and doing this research for it after getting the T6 oil for this job now.

    The word you were looking for is non interference. The 3.0 is a non interference engine and will not get damaged from being out of time.

    Just did mine last week changed all 6 and coils too with oem parts. P0300 came up again yesterday for random misfire not sure what to try next. It started in September and went away and started again 2 weeks ago. I have 107,000 miles on mine. Might try the o2 sensors. Hard to pay for diagnostics when it does not happen a lot.

    So I have 20’ JT that came with stock halogens, I bought the same LED headlights + DRL (ring) wiring kit for them. Everything works except the passenger bulb projector when cars turned on. Can I take it to the dealer and have them flash it to fix it? Is this what you did, If so how much? Thanks!

    • @its_streeter
      @its_streeter Год назад

      I was fortunate to have a close friend basically give me the LED lights, I cannot remember exactly at this time but it was cheap, as for labor cost I really enjoy doing this kind of work and find it fun and entertaining so I don't really factor in my time as a cost. But if you were to do this job yourself and buy the lights new or off ebay used, I would guess somewhere between $200 and $350 or so for the lights, plus your time to do the install! but as you saw from the video it is a pretty straight forward and simple procedure!@@boxerdad214

    For a 2021 3.6L 24 MM for filter 13 MM Drain plug 6.0 Qts for oil with some sources. 5.0 shows almost Qt low. It looks like 5.5 to 5.6 showed full. This is what I got. It may vary for you depending on drainage. Thanks for the effort. Don't know about other years, but this is for a 2021.

    A few things everyone should know. Before pulling the plugs, blow all the dirt and small rocks out of the spark plug wells (you can damage the engine, if this trash drops in). Never drop a spark plug in the plug wells, (plugs could be damaged) use a good plug socket that holds the plug or a piece of fuel hose to hold and start the plug. Just because it takes so much work to get to the plugs out, I would of change them and the coil on the cylinder that was misfiring. One last thing, only use OE plugs, these were made by NGK and are Laser Iridium plugs.

    Couple of observations 1) should’ve removed the oil fill cap before removing the drain plug to promote to oil drain circulation. 2) after adding the oil you should’ve left the car on the ramps then run the engine up to temperature then shut off the engine go back under the car to check the drain plug and oil filter for leaks
