Mike Menza and his father Joe Menza recorded an instrumental piece that was influenced by the late great Dickey Betts, one of their all time heroes. Joe first saw the Allman Brothers Band live way back in 1971 when Duane Allman and Berry Oakley were in the band. That performance left an impact on him to this day. He passed his love for the Allman Brothers to his son Mike, brining him to his first show at the age of 6. They both have a deep admiration for Dickeys incredibly melodic and soulful guitar playing, and crisp pure tone.
