Admiral Nimitz, Never Forget 💝🎗️ The drink is named for the abbreviation for Commander-in-Chief (CinC) and and the abbreviation for Pacific (Pac). It's pronounced, CinC (sync) Pac. Admiral Nimitz was the Commander-in-Chief Pacific Fleet, or CinC Pac.
Thank you for taking the time to make and post this. I really enjoyed it! Keep up the good work!
What’s half and half? I’m in the UK but it looks like you just used a carton of milk?
Half and Half is 1/2 milk and 1/2 cream. Not as thick as Double Cream (or what we call heavy whipping cream), but not as thin as normal milk.
Thanks will give it a try 👍🏻
I like Arnold Palmer with a shot of Bourbon .
I was imagining the Azalea cocktail would be as interesting as it sounds, so to learn it’s just lemonade and vodka was a big disappointment as I can’t think of a more uninspiring cocktail. I guess it’s to be expected from golfers
Nooooooo it can’t be over!
Sorry to hear Scott. I’ll miss the weekly cocktails!
One sip…..pensive look…second sip….
This is a man pondering the end of his channel…it’s been a good ride while it lasted.
Wait, what? Nooooo!
Would love to see more videos with some riffing on the cocktail - this was great!
Great video! Love golf themed drinks. Ever heard of the Juan Dailey? Swap out the vodka for Tequila
I had not, that combination sounds a little too sweet IMO.
I do abide
Russian Standard… is a Russian vodka-and my go-to.
This is a new one for me! Thanks as always.
I think Nimitz used rum from Fiji since he was closest to that place.
those zooms in and out are really distracting and add nothing to the video, save yourself some work and leave them out until you can utilize them effectively. Your sound and lights ect. are spot on though. youtube is hard, i don't mean to be discouraging.
I appreciate the critique. Been doing some experimenting is all. I’ll take your comments and try to be one step better.
LFG we are BACK!
Harry MacElhone is a legend but some of those vintage cocktails need a modern facelift. Cheers! 🥃
A mix of Run & Cognac… I think I get the name now lol
One of my favorite Sidecar riffs and that name. I mean, come on. 🤙🏾
Conventional Wisdom suggests this is a good episode
Try to stirr clockwise ... its much easier
I'll give it a look-see, thanks!
I absolutely LOVE these New Orleans cocktails!
Is this drink tart?
I think it's romantic. Not cringe. It would be like Tiger Woods naming a drink "Queen Waffle House Waitress".
No comment... but that's funny.
Hi! When buying a carton of pasteurized egg whites, would you say 1 egg white is the equivalent of 1oz from the carton? Thanks :) P.S. Subbed!
Hello there! I haven’t tried the carton of egg whites idea, but approximately 1 oz. from the carton should work. Cheers!
This is extremely helpful! I feel like I've unlocked a cocktail cheat code.
Fun Fact: “Grenade” comes from the Old French “Pome-grenaté” You hit upon the exact origin of the word.
Looks like I’ve been doing it right! I started with mojitos and got the basics for those. Then worked on my skills and tools until I was happy with the results. Then I went to old fashionds and did the same. Got the basics, got tools, worked on skills. Then I started experimenting with those and got stuff for those variants. After that, I started cruising RUclips bartenders and found some recipes I wanted to try. I start with a recipe where I have most of the ingredients then go out and get the rest. I found this to be the most economical and stress free method. Cheers!
Cheers! Glad to hear it!
Thanks; I will give this a try.
sounds tasty cheers
It was!
Great video - I'll try this one for New Year's! Have you ever tried aquafaba as a substitute for egg white? Could be a cool video idea for a side-by-side comparison. Thanks as always!
I have not used it, admittedly. But I have heard it’s a very comparable substitute to egg white.
Adult ginger ale!!! You enjoyed that drink. Almost finished it. The editing makes it seem like you slammed it. How would this drink be without the egg white?
I’m not sure. I might need to test that tonight. It was delicious, though.
Love the Brandy Alexander! Didn't know the cool history though - thanks for sharing as always!
deffinetley going to attempt making a home bar after this
yuss great vid as always dude
let's gooo you're still underrated as keep going with this stuff and you'll be fucking grand just get yourself some better mic quality and you're fucking set dude
Sounds like the issue may be with your saline solution. A more standardised/measured solution might work better for future cocktails.
Another great video! I hadn't heard of this cocktail beforehand, but the flavor profile seems intense! Also, a syrups video would be great - would love to know your recipes for simple, demerara, grenadine, orgeat, and any others you have on the go!
Sounds like a tolerable drink!
Your reaction and look on your face! Priceless! Didn't expect you to like it.
Certain people want the reaction, so… there ya go
i've tried with the nutmeg, and its a little over powering, but maybe just a dash woulda done the trick, i put a hole lot on there, like it was a eggnog! Anyways, i Abide.
I've been waiting for you to cover this, DUDE!

Fun change up for this video! So many gift ideas and helpful tips!
Another banger! Strong work as always Scott!
Some say eve was tempted by the pomegranate. Some say apple. Which is the truth? We may never know.
No está mal...
You seemed to enjoy this one more than most.
Another great video! Excited to give this one a try!
Valentine’s Day!
Is that an old adage?
