I’ve removed my shredded threads but my machine keeps saying to check and rethread. It only stitches about 30 times before throwing the code at me, no matter how many times I rethread. Any idea why this is happening?

I have PE 770 with a basic hoop that came with it. I want to use built-in pattern #20….teddy bear. How do i change the pattern size of the teddy to cover the entire hoop?

Thanks, I literally had no idea how to use that, and was annoyed the hoop didn’t have markings. Haha

This is the worst tutorial. Your camera isn’t facing the area, your hands are blocking it. Not helpful.

Thank you, I will try what you showed me. I think it make take care of my problem. You see my thread nests and shreds. I changed the needle and cleaned the bobbin area. and re thread the machine. I have the stand you spoke about and will use that. My other embroidery machine works well with the stand. It is a Brother PE535. This one I just received as a gift from a friend is used and is Brother PE770. I will try again with your advice. I so much appreciate your video and the help you have shown me.

I am a new subscriber. I was gifted my Brother PE770. I am having trouble with the thread nesting in the bobbin area. what do I do to correct this?

I have had a problem like this for over 20 years. I would bring my machine in and have it cleaned. The machine would work fine for a long time then start malfunctioning again. We moved to our retirement home in the north woods and I found another mechanic. He showed me how to service my machine my self and that was very helpful. I bring my Baby Lock CC in for a service once a year. (I have a small business I use the machine for.)

I use the large disk spool retainer on all thread spools. I have a thread tree I use for large spools.

I have a brother PE-800 and I having the same problem the message check and retread the upper thread and I did and I keep getting the message when I stated to use my machine when I sew a design I don’t see the thread what can that be

I was thinking about buying a used pe770 but the seller said the automatic threader does not work. Should that matter much

Having trouble getting the cover off where your thread nest was on the video. You said it was "tricky" can you explain a bit better how to do that. I'm really surprised noone asked about this tough issue.

Your video has helped me get my 89 year old mother sewing again. I was able to get the tensions set but I am getting a message to check the upper tension. It is sewing well but I have to push the on button every few seconds. What might be a solution?

Just purchased a used PE770. I also have a SE400. Never any problems with the thread on the 400. Now the thread keeps breaking and shredding on the 770. I shall try your techniques. Wish me luck...
