    Thanks for the comment there. Christopher and glad you enjoyed this post. Yep 💯, the challenge we are facing at the moment is that there is so much pressure and hype around getting quick results, selling slow and steady body composition isn’t sexy, but if you delay gratification at the start, things get much easier, enjoyable and you don’t have to feel like all foods are a sacrifice!

      Good question, we want you eating as many whole foods as you to optimise your health aswell as you r physique and your performance. Having restrictions allows you to explore and think about how you can access different food sources
