I purchased my pocket 2 and after several months I decided to record a music video... I put a disc in and it recorded as an Apk which I can't use, then once I finally found the app for my phone, it says that there's no data? Hmm 🤔

I was down on money had to sell my Xbox series S so I just pulled out the old PS3 slim start playing GTA five and ironically GTA five has held up really well considering it’s a 10-year-old game lol

I was lucky enough to have bought most of the models at launch, but I did get a 3DS LL in white from Japan last year. With the inflated prices it's hard to justify buying one but if you do, you have access to the entire DS and 3DS library if you are savvy enough to hack it (and it truly is very easy). There is a homebrew eshop equivalent and a homebrew equivalent of the online servers that were shut down (pretendo network).

I still have my galaxy model New Nintento 3DS XL that I bought back in 2017. It's my favorite console because it can play both DS and 3DS games. I'm keeping and treasuring mine forever.

H**l no it's not worth it! Between the ridiculous cost of the hardware, and especially the software/games, there's no reason to blow that kinda dough. That's why emulation is THE BEST, and the enormous amounts of options to play it all, both handhelds, and home systems, too, is insane...so much at your fingertips, and it's all free, too!!! Best of all...absolutely no clutter, more money in your pocket, and a lot more enjoyable than having to fool with cartridges!!!!!! 🙂👍

i'm stuck between this lens and tamron 18-300 for my sony a6700... right now i just have 16-50 kit lens. i mostly shoot pet action shots and pet portraits. some video too, all mostly outdoors in good lighting. any advice?

I'll say one thing the super slim stays the coolest and is easy to repair, no cfw just hen but i don't mind honestly. The slim my father in law bought one on launch day it's still kicking doesn't stay as cool but it's pretty reliable and better looking. Had the mgs4 80gb bc model it ylod on me back in 2014. I miss all it's usb slots but as far as backwards compatibility all ps3's can play ps2 games with hen or cfw with a decent percentage of compatibility there's even hd collections or remasters of plenty of games as well. Unless you bought a mint modified 60gb model with new modified capacitors and thermal paste stay away chose the other 2.

I still use both of my PS3 consoles. The 320GB and 500GB. Although the latter has become a tad finicky on what games it will read (especially Arkham Asylum). The 320GB is still going flawlessly.

I used to have a 2DS, but my little brother broke it. I then got an original model 3DS which I still have to this day which still works

In the emulation community, the Lite has now replaced the PSP Go as the king of emulation handhelds. Its the same price or cheaper and has significantly more power and better battery life than many of the popular Chinese units. It can emulate all handheld, console and arcade systems at 100% speed up to the Dreamcast/PSP/PS1, and with a few speed hacks people are playing many PS2 and Xbox games on it. And it has the added benefit of being able to play Switch games. They can be had for around $75-100 in near mint condition in my area. There's really nothing better on the market for the price.

I got a used orginal Japanese 3ds for little less than a 2ds just yesterday. So far im loving it, i owned a switch oled, and prior to this a psp and ps vita in terms of portable handheld consoles. Honestly the 3d effect is really good and honestly emulators cant emulate the 3d on your average pc/laptop making it a solid choice Also since the OG 3ds is less desired than the 2ds so its cheaper and has more features (in the end i still ended up paying 60% as import duties even free shipping and my region is India if your wondering)

I accidentally found this lens at a pawn shop for $80…after using it awhile on my a7iii, i discovered that the colors on it is really beautiful, unique and has great character. This lens is totally overlooked , I love this lens

Why are the xl ones so common and easy to find while the smaller new 3ds is super hard to find? I prefer the smaller one. It's more pocketable.

I bought a "new" model but requested a cancel for the order because apparently it doesn't take full sized SD cards... Which I went and get... And then threw the packaging away. And I don't want to spend another 10 bucks for a 64Gb micro SD. Is it still worth buying a new model or should I get an original XL? I might go to a Game XChange or GameStop tomorrow and see what they have to offer.

Literally bought the 3DS yesterday! Very worth it in 2024 for those looking to get one but they are getting expensive

I made a mistake not buying a 'new' model when it was available and now used 'new' models are more expensive than they were when new!

I think the DS Lite/DSi might still be worth getting even if one owns a 3DS already for that full-screen, pixel-sharpness experience. DS games scale poorly on the 3DS so you're stuck with either the blurriness or the smaller, pixel perfect mode. Plus, the "horizontal," book-like games also feel more natural on the Lite/DSi due to its equal screens and lighter weight. One downside of the DS Lite is the lack of Shantae: Risky's Revenge, Dark Void Zero and a few other noteworthy DSiWare games. Sure, you can play them elsewhere but I assume retro enthusiasts want to play games on original hardware.
