Conformity is not the evil, and not inherently a bad thing. Conform v.s. unique is a false dialectic and the real trap. People together work towards a goal or cohesion. What the groups identity or goal can be evil, but people doing charitable works while an individual through self-importance can derail good works. Making the self and uniqueness just as grand an evil.
