the sheath wraps around the outside of the first plastic wire don’t connect that on the connector wire. If you look at the video gone up to 16:51 you will see how the wire is it’s under the blue part of the wire. Is your wire chopped from the blue part or further up from the connector?

I got to be honest I never saw the blue part .. the wire snapped very close to the connecter plug . so I just soldered a longer wire ( think it was speaker wire ) bel wire soldered the pin to the new wire and put it back in ...was OK for a day or so and then I'm having cel light come on and off constantly

I'm wondering if I've stretched and snapped it somewhere along that wire . I have ordered a new sensor but I'm almost sure it's along the wire somewhere

@@jackclarke7584 sorry really busy in the workshop yesterday and today but what year is the car iIs it same as mine all so if it’s soldered close from the connector it should be ok you said it’s high import in the message measure the voltage it should normally be less then 4.5 volt or less if it’s more then 5 volts it might have a bad earth issue.

apreciate the comment my friend your right i sould have showed the complete thing but it was a rush job for one of the racing company i will be doing some more videos with tips and trix soon i have bought a lot of products to mold of and will be showing more on here.

i manufactured these vents off a bonnet some one bought in to stick on a car but the lock section was welded and the hook was snapped so it wasn't safe to put on the car rather i moulded them off to put on a steel bonnet but i will be selling the bonnets with these already fitted and finished of properly its a lot of cutting and work i had to make templats to mark them right on the steel bonnet so will be doing them fitted on the bonnets. when i can get around it just busy with a lot of other stuff at the moment. 1

Spot on what sort of price will you be looking at for the vented bonnet if the vents are not for sale?

am not sure what yours is like whether it has metal brackets or is it like mine with 2 holes on each side on the top part of the spoiler but the bolts should all be 6mm threat which normally has a 10mm head but i have used the Allen key bolts on mine with the same 6mm thread with washers they look more better. but i all so have manufactured the complete kit my self. here is a link of one of the video have a look has yours got stud rivet which put in in the beginning or are the threads right in side your spoiler you will all so see the Allen ley bolts that i have used.

@@undergroundcustoms3107 my top part has metal brackets which has been riveted to the top part of the spoiler then it bolts to the main spoiler, I have the 4 bolts for that,its just the bolts for bolting it to the car

​@@hodgeacus does the top bolts thread in to the bottom part of the spoiler threads in the spoiler send me some pics if you get stock 07828 209871 i have just finished the spoiler for one of the fn and will be fitting it this week at some point so will measure it out. all so is yours a type r or type s

hay man i haven't used Glasurit or liquid crystal am old school i have used some of the other brands like Skkens ici and rm in my time and am sure they still some of the top brands with top money lol😁 but i dont think that helps out some of the diy guys as long as its HS clear coat you can always pick out the suitable one for your money the clear coat i have used in the video nibs down really nice i don a job on a CT 200 Lexus side used 2000 3000 and 6000 the finish was amazing after polishing it good thing about this it dosent attract much dust in the paintwork.

This has worked really good for me this is i beleave 2500 watts but i only use it on the second setting which is 1600 watts you can feel the heat up to just under 3 meters my spry bhooth is really big and it works good i use it on regular bases and its still the same bulb am using how big is your garage ?

Appreciate the comment i used 1.4 with the fan full open to where the paint coming out equally and the fluid i normally press the trigger and then adjust it to where the trigger goes fully back.

@@eapauto no am using a T1 10 i have got a TE 20 on my other pro light which is a 1.3 nozzle. what kind of pressure are you using and what type of cap is it LVLP OR HVLP.

@@undergroundcustoms3107 That is a good air cap, I believe it is a compliant one. I do not have that air cap, I have a TE 10, TE 20, HV 30. I really enjoy your videos keep them coming!

sorry for the late reply been away its very rear that the water goes in the way the vents are designed but if i do put these out in the market for sale i will make some plates for under the bonnet where the water will channel out but so far am not getting much water in.

sorry for the late reply been away i did use it on the doors and all the repairs i didnt have any one to hold the camera and didn't want it to drip i was doing every thing with one hand lol.
