      you can use 1) Resistance network. 2) 2:1 Driver transformer. 3) by the transistor as a amplifier 4) by the op-amp (low amp output) Driver transformer is the safe way to drive MOSFET. According your circuit requirement you can use it.

    Why voltage is doubled to 620 V at point 2

      220 volt AC is = (220 X 1.4142) DC = 311 Volt Approx. It is constantly present in the circuit. But when transformer is in ON mode (Mosfet in active mode) electromagnetic field increased. When Mosfet is in OFF mode electromagnetic field convert to voltage and it is 311 volt. respect to ground you can get 622 volt in Point2. Because 311 volt (DC power) still present on the transformer transformer. So 311V + 311V = 622V. That is 311V DC power sources in series.

      in the last night I test this circuit in my lab, output was test with digital oscilloscope. I saw the output is perfectly squarer web in time of work also and it is working properly.

    Master this event not accur .why.becaus when d.s go go to zero voltage in seconside go to zero .definitely the shape of pwm is changed I try very but about under duty 20% voltage go to 0.

    Master hi.i precisely fasten this circuit with tl494 with that gate driver that learn from you .but when attach pnp collector to earth shape of pwm full change .I send you that shape.😢😢2 or 3 time made circuit in output the situation is very bad.in gate pin pwm shape....😂😂😂😂
