Blaser F3 Exclusive custom Eastfield Gunroom review
No, not for me, had CG's in the past and a lot of gun for your money, however, you loose a lot of money trade in value. I do prefer game scene engraved, sorry, wood quality on CG's are always pretty good though, I'll say that.
Wow!!
Another great honest review. That’s one beautiful shotgun.
Hey Matthew, wow, I feel lucky after watching this. I have the said 682 Gold Sporter, it's like new, gorgeous wood and with the box and everything that came with it when I bought it back in 1996 ish. Been a fantastic gun with not a single issue. Great review☺
Great tips. I suspect if you celotape the 2 coins in place you have that temp fixed for the self fitting 👍Interesting that the adj. comb models are lower than fixed stock. I am looking at a RIZZINI BR110 sporter offered in standard stock and Adj. versions. I have a gun fit spec sheet to make sure I get it right. LOP will require a stock pad though
I’ve had my silver pigeon 1 field, 12 gauge with 30 inch barrels, for three years and I love it for trap, skeet, and sporting clays. Recently my friend got a browning 725 citori sporting and I shot it at several sporting clay stations. I liked it very much. It actually felt lighter on the front end and was easier to move especially left to right (I’m right handed). They’re both very nice shotguns, and frankly preferences for one or the other will be very subjective. Note: my Beretta came with a terrible hard and thin butt pad, which I replaced with a limb saver brand, and it truly transformed the gun.
I’m a Guerini fan and I’ve owned 3, currently an Invictus Ascent, but that’s not worth £14k.
That's a lovely gun ,and a all round great package, they have really have nailed it there ,I don't know if it's just me but I've noticed alot of left hand guns have really good wood on them 👍
It shoots as good as it looks 😁😁
very impressive, another great presentation Matt, one question, how does it compare with a DT11L?
I ues my CG for game shooting I love it
???
Ok... Wow! I will use a term never before used in my general vocabulary which is "BLING"! I knew they existed but had never seen one up close. The exquisite engraving along with the wood choice and price in comparison to other brands make this a true gun of dreams. Is this gun "practical"? Of course not but if you are in the market for some luxury this would be a great choice. I also think the choice to supply these guns with 3" chambers was a great idea. If the wizards' creatures as shown were to come to life it might take a large payload of shot to dispatch them!🤨🤣 Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for your comment. As you say a very luxury piece. I heard that SSG's are best for Dragon dispatch 😂 regards, Matthew
I call it the game of thrones gun.
That's the most beautiful gun I've ever seen. I hope I can get one some day.
Thank you for your comment. It is certainly a beautiful shotgun. Please contact me directly if you require any further information. Kind regards, Matthew
I hope you can get one if that is your dream. Good luck my friend!
Nice!
Stunning gun! The double entendres made your review even better. FYI, Caesar Guerrini is a joint collaboration between the US owners and Italian craftsmen.
Thank you for your comment, I am pleased that you enjoyed the banter. Kind regards, Matthew
Year of manufacture should be a two letter code starting with an "A", most listings are that the gun was discontinued in 1988.
Thank you for your comment. The gun was stamped as 1992 (NY)on the action frame. It was certainly a very late example I do know. Kind regards, Matthew
@@eastfieldgunroom The date codes I keep seeing say that 1992 would be "BB". I can't imagine Beretta setting up an entire new coding system for certain guns or markets, what is your source to find that NY = 1992?
Wow,always been a fan, having owned an Essex, but that is stunning and a leftie aswell 👌 😍. 😊
Thank you for your comment. Personally I believe that the Invictus is a superior product to some previous CG models. Kind regards, Matthew
Dirty Trouser snakes? Bourbon Creams? Left Handed? Sold! - great review Matt I laughed out loud.
Thank you for your comment. I hate to be too serious if I can help it. Glad you enjoyed it. Kind regards, Matthew
They are well over priced for what they are a dressed up Lincoln's.
Thank you for your comment and sharing your opinion. Kind regards, Matthew
what a beautiful gun and left handed 😛 great review. keep it coming
Thank you for your comment, I am pleased that you enjoyed the video. Lots more to come so stay tuned. Kind regards, Matthew
👍
that engraving is so badass, the best I've seen on a modern gun tbf
Thank you for your comment. It is certainly very different. Kind regards, Matthew
Great review on this gun Matt, at one time I had owned a Invictus 1 Ascent when they first introduced their “Damascus” finish on the receiver instead of the traditional “engine-turning”, not one of my favorite looks! I think that the price point on all of their shotguns are too high…..especially the Invictus IX which retails for a whopping $21,850. Michael P.
Thank you for your comment, I am pleased that you enjoyed the video. I guess that with everything it is down to personal preference of the shooter. CG is very popular here in the UK. Kind regards, Matthew
Wonderful videos!!! But still no Rizinni😢
Thank you for your comment. Rizzini will be along at some point don't worry. Kind regards, Matthew
franchi barrage sport ported is ATA ST PRO 12 Which is the better rifle?🙏🙏🙏???
Chatarra
Thank you for your comment. From memory Franchi have not produced the Barrage model for 40 years. Unless of course they have a current model and have resurrected the name. Kind regards, Matthew
Thank you very much for your interest.
Great review Mathew 😊
Thank you for your comment, I am pleased that you enjoyed it. Kind regards, Matthew
That’s the best gun comparison video I’ve ever watched on RUclips. I’m opting for the Miroku but wavering on 30 or 32” barrels. Any thoughts Matt. I’m 5’ 10 and 15St 🤔
Thank you for your comment and kind words. I always enjoy the comparison format because I can add so much detail. Please contact me directly and I will be happy to help. Kind regards, Matthew
Ive just bought a 425 20g the engraving is exactly the same but no gold this gun was made in 1996 and has had about 100 shels through it its as tight as new cant wait to get it out
Thank you for your comment. If it is the same gun without the gold that denotes the grade 5 or prestige model. Lovely guns, enjoy. Kind regards, Matthew
I've got two of these guns, absolutely amazing piece of kit. 👌
Thank you for your comment. Excellent excellent guns indeed. Kind regards, Matthew
Crazy price point. It’s the Indian not the arrow
Thank you for your comment and sharing your opinion. Kind regards, Matthew
Looks like dads old Baijkal IJ-27 🤭😂
Thank you for your comment. I would say that the only similarities would be that they both have black actions and wooden stocks and forends. Kind regards, Matthew
@eastfieldgunroom Yes, that was what I thought. Looks clean/nice, I like them simple 🫡😅.
MOST PROBABLY YES...THE BEST SHOTGUN EVER BUILT.
Thank you for your comment. It is certainly extremely impressive. Kind regards, Matthew
Greasetest. Greastest, nice spelling. Is it the greasiest.
Thank you for your codment😂! Kind regards, Matthew
Pretty gun that. I was looking for a 682 deluxe now this is in the mix. This might be nice for skeet?
Thank you for your comment. This example was as good as you would ever find and certainly a great option for skeet. Kind regards, Matthew
Great review Matthew. Very informative. Had a DT 10 and regretted moving it on.
Thank you for your comment, I am pleased that you enjoyed the video. Still plenty of DT10's out there if you want one. Kind regards, Matthew
Just buy a Perazzi at 30% cheaper.
Indeed, that will also give you the chance to choose your preferred barrel length, barrel weight, bore, rib style etc., instead of having to accept a standard configuration
Thank you for your comment and sharing your opinion. Kind regards, Matthew
I bought a left hand one from you a few years back. Eventually found an original case for it and sold it last year. Nice guns but a bit like marmite
Thank you for your comment. I think that if you go back 8-10 years these guns were hugely sought after. Sadly alongside many other classic classics, their popularity has wained. Kind regards, Matthew
I really liked the 691 sport and always fancied a 695 it’s shame the stopped making them but they’ve now been replaced with the new silver pigeon 5
Thank you for your comment. Still plenty of used 695's out there. Kind regards, Matthew
Hi Mat Looking a bit of help Purchased a Meroku ser number 332267 could you give me an idea of age the gun has 28" barrels and is in great condition
Thank you for your comment. I think that you may have sent me an email. Will reply ASAP. Kind regards, Matthew
I just picked mine up on Saturday and went straight to the range, it’s a work of art for sure. My only gripe is the optical illusion where the stock meets the receiver, it appears the line don’t match up but they do. I just wish it was more obvious that it wasn’t a mistake
Thank you for your comment. A great gun, enjoy it! Kind regards, Matthew
Hi. I like your video. Just got my first shotty. Bamboolzled is the word for me straight. I’ll get there.
Thank you for your comment, I am pleased that you enjoyed the video. Fell free to contact me directly with any questions and I will be happy to help. Kind regards, Matthew
How does this compare to the Ultra XS black laminate? Is the Ultra XS worth the extra money given the only difference seems to be the forend?
Thank you for your comment. I believe that there are a few differences. Stay tuned to the channel as the XS BL will be along in the not too distant future. Kind regards, Matthew
Love my 20 guage silver mallard. Taken many pheasants and wood ducks…..
Thank you for your comment. Kind regards, Matthew
Based on your review I think Beretta has got this right. And I like the look. But also based on your review this is not the gun for me as I’m not a much of a ‘shot’. I would however like to try an SL2 and SL5 someday.
Thank you for your comment. I would agree that this gun is not for everybody. Kind regards, Matthew
Boils down to fit
Thank you for your comment. I wholeheartedly agree. Kind regards, Matthew
@eastfield Gunroom, steel shot proofed, let's agree to disagree and according to me you should make it more clear. What I see the barrels are stamped with CIP S, which means it is proofed for superior steel shot. HOWEVER it does not has the Fleur de lis-stamp which means it isn't approved for high performance steel. Correct me if I am wrong!?
Thank you for your comment. I agree that although the gun is not fleur de lis HP proofed it is CIP proofed which denotes it can be used with standard steel cartridges so technically the gun is steel shot proof. Kind regards, Matthew
That is Nice 👌👌
Thank you for your comment. I agree it is nice. Kind regards, Matthew
Would you buy a 682 gold or a 682 gold e thanks
Thank you for your comment. They are both great great guns but personally I prefer the styling of the 682 Gold. Kind regards, Matthew
