@@dariorodriguezdeamerica sorry for the late reply as I'm currently in vacation/holiday. The mojo definitely didn't have the same stability as the Silenus with the Silenus being more stable due to the center cup design. Finger spin cup yoyos tend to be not as stable but the designs have been improving to fix that by providing more mid body weight distribution. I think most companies won't disclose the weight distribution because I would assume that certain yoyos will sell out faster than others due to preference. @@xAUSTIN316x I haven't experienced this personally but from my research, you should be able to fit a D size bearing in a yoyo that came with a C.

@@xAUSTIN316x sorry, I had to double check and research a little more on D bearings. So I'll correct my last answer to your question. It doesn't look like D size bearing will fit in yoyos that come with a C size bearing. A D bearing won't make it play responsive, it's supposed to allow the yoyo to spin faster. To want your yoyo to play responsive, you'll need a size C "responsive" bearing which is half the width of an unresponsive, you'll also need to swap out the threaded axle for a shorter one. Also keep in mind that not all yoyos were designed to be able to interchange between the two bearings. The alternative (but not recommended) is to lube your unresponsive bearing. The reason why I wouldn't recommend that is you'll have to clean that bearing if you want to play unresponsive or purchase some extra bearings to interchange quickly. I hope this helps. 🙂

@@LukasFiala0 it's just ok on finger spins is you're experienced in it. It has a flat cup so finger spins tend to swirl. I hope this helps. 🙂

@@LukasFiala0 this yoyo sounds really well. Although it's bit as run heavy, it's a very balanced yoyo. I've been able to really get a 3-5 minute spin if I'm trying to do a long sleeper pretty easily.

@@NothingThere000 so I only own the responsive version which I was able to get it to spin around 15 seconds since the bearing is packed with lube. So it's a good practice yoyo to fine tube one's techniques. I have heard that there are unresponsive versions that will definitely spin longer.

Thanks a lot dude. Yeah, I've been trying to find any free time I have to practice. The R and C is to depict Rim or Center weight distribution. So the higher the percentage is "MY" interpretation/feeling of where the weight is focused on the yoyo since I know everyone has a preference based on their playing style. Thanks for the kind words and I hope I can make as comprehensive reviews that I can. :-)

@@quentinscott1222 thank you for comment. It really makes me happy that I can help any way I can. From my experience, all used Duncan yoyos on Amazon will specifically state that it's used. If it doesn't state that, then it's a new yoyo. 🙂

@@adeeyhudsons6439 it plays ok. The rims are not stainless steel but it's aluminum. It's floaty and ok on stability and plays like a mono metal yoyo but with shiny rims.

For me, I still prefer the Node. Although I do want to say that these are very different designed and feel yoyos. The V10 is still a great yoyo, I just like a little more rim weight in the yoyos I use.

Hmm, we're almost half way through the year and although I haven't bought many new yoyos this year, I think I can find a few to showcase. 🙂

I'm going to assume this is where your screw doesn't have the hex opening that is accessible. These can be tricky to remove because it can potentially damage the "screw" (it's technically a threaded shaft). This has happened to me and what I do to remove it is wrap the screw with a thin cloth. I use a needle nose plier and grip the screw with the cloth carefully and I'll carefully try to unscrew it. I'm careful with how hard I grip as this can potentially damage the screw. So please be very careful with trying to remove it. I also try to make sure that I have extra screws just in case I damage the one I removed. I hope this helps.

My K1 are responsive as well. You should still be able to do the sleeper with the K1 but it wouldn't sleep very long because it is responsive. Most of the time it's the technique of doing the sleeper that helps the most. The K1 as a responsive yoyo should give you a good 5-10 second sleeper without much problem.

Will it matter if it's beginner tricks or advanced?

Yes, I do have a MYY N9 but that is also in storage ATM as I bought that around 10 years ago. Great yoyo but I'm not exactly a hub stack person.

It makes me curious what your other yoyo is. But I totally understand that Gentry said on using a cheaper yoyo but I think it's too use a cheaper yoyo to practice your routine. The best yoyo to use for a contest is one that you're most comfortable with. Between the K5 and T5, I'd go with the T5. Although the T5 is slightly smaller in diameter than the K5, it's really nimble and light weight.

So there's actually no ring on the K5. That part of the yoyo is just machined to make it look like it has a ring. Supposedly that shine shows up so that it's easier for audience to see your tricks.

I'm glad that it's one of your favorites. Honestly vibe isn't as bad of an issue nowadays unless it makes it unplayable which are very rare.

1. I honestly am not sure why there has been an upsurge of questions about the k5. If I had to assume it's probably because it's a very affordable you (I'm seeing that it's $11-15) and they seem to be available for sale on sites that may be more local for delivery in their respective countries. 2. Well it would really depend on what level of yoyoing you're currently at. I would say that it's a good beginner metal yoyo because it's affordable, isn't as wide so it might be easier to learn with it and plays well for that price, but there are a lot of other yoyos that will perform better at that price range like the MYY V8 or V10. 3. Hmmm 5 advantages. It's cheap, it's metal, not as wide so that's usually easier to learn as a beginner (wider yoyos tend to be a little bit harder to get used to for beginners), and it plays pretty well but it's not one of my top picks for a budget yoyo though. I can only think of 4 really, it's mainly because it's cheap and performs well for the price. I made a review of it a few years ago, but in comparison to current budget yoyos there are several other yoyos that I would recommend over the K5.
