I'm about to make a video of a yoyo that I think should fall in this. The AceYo gravitation 7 which falls around that price range and is a really nice yoyo.
Hey I'm looking for a new metal yoyo, how does the V10 compare to the similarly priced Y03-Hertz? I know it has the fingerspin dimple which the Y03 doesn't, but what other differences, advantages and disadvantages does it have compared to the Y03?
I will say that the V10 is definitely a bit better than the Hertz because due to the body design it's a lot smoother and softer to the touch and grinds. While the Hertz has a tiny bit more power on the edge of the rim the V10 just has a softer corner. Love both yoyos but I've been liking the V10 more lately.
I would like to see the unboxing so we can have a look at the finish and the curves and cuts. Also some comparison to the rest yoyos of the same brands so to get an idea on how it feels. Still great work, thanks for posting!
@@DeepHouseX hmmm hard question because they both play well but feels a little different between the two. I have noticed I've been picking up the V10 more often than the V8 though. Although all 3 (including the Hertz) play very well, I think the V10 is a little bit closer to feel to the Hertz, slightly wider profile (unlike the V8) due to rim design, light weight and easy to control.
I am an experienced player and need help picking my next Yoyo I have an budget of 120$ I am looking at the Iq, R4 and MOZ from Yoyo factory out of those 3 which is the best
Awesome! That's quite a nice budget. So I own the IQ and R4 but not the Moz. I took a look at the design and it looks like it's quite a beast. It will then depend on what your preference is in feel, I personally like to have now rim weight due my preference. The R4 is nice but it doesn't have a much rim power as I would like. The IQ is great, floaty, so light at play and with since good power on the rims. I honestly think the Moz is packed with power on the rims and it should be pretty bouncy judging from the mound in the center cup. So my pick is the Moz. I hope this helps. 🙂
@@MustafaMirza-ql7nm although I'm not as familiar with yoyos that cost that much, I would have to ask what your preferred feel of the yoyo. Bouncy, floaty, rim weighted, mid body weighted, finger spin dimple, etc. Among your current connection, which ones are your favorites?
Is the V10 better than those yoyos? It would depend on your preference of play. Like the V8 is far more stable of a yoyo than the V10, but the V10 is so fun to play with. And I can't really say which one is better. The V10 will resemble like a lighter N12 sharks honour and the bounciness of the Hertz.
Is my theory right the k5 is better for more complex tricks and not so good for speedy tricks like godspeed because it's rounded and the node is better for speedy tricks because it is angular and its ok for complex because based on yoyo experts the wide shape blocks the string for more complex string. Thanks for reading
Hmm...So I think my answer may get technical and long, but I hope I can add to your comment as well as what other yoyo experts mentioned. For complex tricks, I tend to hear a bigger "catch zone" helps, but it also depends on what kind of complex tricks are involved. The catch zone will be based from the profile or shape of the yoyo. Between the K5 and Node, the K5's profile does technically have a shape that has a better catch zone than the Node, BUT the node is slightly wider K5 39mm vs Node 44mm. Even the node has a rounded rim, the additional width may give the Node a slightly wider catch zone in reality. Keep in mind there is also bearing gap width. An easy way to actually see what yoyo has a wider catch zone is placing 2 yoyos on it's side on a flat surface like a table and line them both up where they touch. You'll see where the edge of rim will reach. God speed in my opinion would be based on the weight but more importantly on the body design. For speed usually you don't want the yoyo to be too rim heavy or heavy in general. So a light yoyo is what works best. You also would want a yoyo that would either be bouncy or 50/50. Yoyo designs that are bouncy tend to have some type design that has a mound or nipple in the center of the cup. Some yoyos that has that are the Node, YYF IQ, YYF Will. This is also one of the possible reasons why finger spin cups aren't the best. A 50/50 typically will have a flat cut with a flat under rim like a MYY Hertz. To summarize. For Godspeed or just speedy play, look for a lighter yoyo and less rim weight focused. So in this case the K5 definitely has lees rim weight compared to the node. For complex tricks, yes it's true that a more angular shape "HELPS" landing them, but I think what's more important is how YOU like the way it feels during play. Keep in mind that Bi-metals are a bit more complicated because the feel of multi-material yoyos changes the characteristics during play. If you need help wanting to pick a yoyo, just reply below what your budget is and what you're trying to getter better in. Almost all yoyos I've bought in the last 5+ years play really well already, but some shape, size, and weight tends to be the reason what yoyos end up being my favorites. Hope this helps. 🙂
I think the k5 will spin longer. Although if it's long spins you're looking for, possibly check out the Node. It's pretty rim weighted and can spin for a very long time.
For me, I still prefer the Node. Although I do want to say that these are very different designed and feel yoyos. The V10 is still a great yoyo, I just like a little more rim weight in the yoyos I use.
Hmmm it's hard to answer which one is better. The K5 is a pretty standard monometal that performs pretty well overall. But I would honestly prefer the K2, although plastic it's still a great performer and the yoyo has some character. The only drawback on the K2 being plastic is possibly the sleep time but both can sleep very long.
