Pac 2023 - Vin et spiritueux comment s'adapter a la nouvelle législation ? Connecting Food
La nouvelle Politique Agricole Commune (PAC) a mis place des obligations l'étiquetage pour la filière viticole et des spiritueux à compter de 2023. Les professionnels ont ainsi jusqu’à décembre 2023 pour afficher sur leurs étiquettes la composition de leurs produits.
L'objectif est de répondre au besoin de transparence des consommateurs tout en fiabilisant la production de la filière à l’échelle de l’UE. Cette nouvelle législation européenne se montre cependant flexible, autorisant les étiquettes dématérialisées.
Dans ce webinaire Connecting Food vous propose d'en apprendre plus sur cette législation et sur les moyens d'y répondre.

    This would be good but the problem with tracking highly processed foods is that they are highly processed. Nothing that is highly processed is good for a human to eat. So if I have to scan a product I don’t buy it. The product needs to be pure preferably directly from a farm or I don’t buy it. Beef +salt + water. Reclaim your health by only consuming products that come from nature. And honestly I feel that means giving the plants and fruits to the animals, avoiding pesticides to kill insects and rodents and allowing cyber cows to eat grass without adding cereal and soy and corn. Then let the humans eat the beef. The body doesn’t need any sugar, fruits or vegetables to survive.... high percentages of people that eat sugary foods end up with metabolic issues and have cancer, diabetes and Alzheimer’s. Let’s eliminate the drugs and health problems that come from eating sugar, fruits and vegetables and promote a 100% beef (non processed) food chain... there is where the tracking will be interesting. Zero waste. Meat is one of the best preserved products and has very little waste. Compare to grains and vegetables and factor in the health issues and intolerance and we can get to a much lower carbon footprint and lower waste by promoting meat while also reducing medicines and supplements necessary with other diets. Probably can reduce the need for refrigeration as well since beef has been known be preserved for 50 years with proper techniques although I preferred a supply chain that guarantees fresh beef delivered every week with packaging that gets recycled for the next delivery...
