Founded by Agrifood experts in 2016, Connecting Food traces and audits food ingredients from farm to fork and produces a Digital Twin, to help food players manage and prove their Transparency (origin, sourcing) and Sustainability engagements for their shareholders, clients and consumers. Food players not only increase efficiencies in their sustainability reporting through automated data-collection and digital compliancy audits, but can also can showcase transparency to their clients and consumers through Digital Twins of their products, visualized via dashboards and a consumer-facing app.
