    Sir when I add lat.temp model then simulator shows "Warning: Not A Numbers found in currents. Simulator did not converge". What is the reason for showing this problem? . while without lat.temp model simulator converge it and i get current.

    Greetings Dr. Ahmad, I thank you for your efforts in preparing excellent video tutorials. I am working on your current video based on the thermal analysis of AlGaN/GaN based HEMTs and right now I am running the part of the code without the heating effects included. The problem I am running into is that I am analyzing the polarization charge concentration under thermal equilibrium and for unexplained reasons the value does not matches your achieved value of ~ 32.1 C/cm3. I am getting somewhere around 12.9 C/cm3 despite running the exact same code. Can you guide me with this issue? Based on my analysis if I change the polarization scale from 0.8 to 1.8, then I get similar results as you, otherwise the results are different.

      Greetings! Polarization scale might affect the appearance of the profile. Draw a cut line across it to figure out the values for sure.

    Hello, I have a question about the SILVACO TCAD model where we are computing the ID vs. VGS characteristic curves. I have implemented the code and have computed the curves using two methods. The first method for sweeping VGS is the same as yours, and the second method is sweeping VGS via the method which you have used to sweep the VDS for the ID vs VDS curves. Ideally it is simple sweeping, so I was expecting similar results. but the results are slightly different. What could be the reason for this discrepancy?
