    Amazing series on TCAD.
    I wanted to ask can we introduce the magnesium doping in atlas like
    Doping num= value uniform p.type conc= value material = Mg?

      The goal of performing it in Athena is to replicate processes.

      The command shows something like Mg doesn't exist so it uses MgZnO which I don't want to do

      Sure. For this, draw a cutline on the structure. Then go to display. Select current density.

    Salam my friend I have a question how I can make implantation with scandium because I.Scandium doesn't exist.

      Follow the guidelines of this entire video. You should be able to introduce Scandium doping as well. But for that you need to understand the SRIM TRIM and SUSPRE software as well. For which the tutorials are given on this channel.

      @@HabibAhmadGatech Salam My Bro thank you for your reply but the problem is that Scandium has not been taken by Silvaco for implantation. I.Scandiun doesn't exist

      @@HabibAhmadGatech Salam my Bro, the problem is that Silvaco TCAD doesn't take into consideration Scandium as an Ion for implantation. This parameter I.Scandium does not exist
