Ingrédients:
• 3 eggplants (900g)
• 4 potatoes (700g)
• 2 onions (500g)
• 5 zucchinis (600g)
• 4 tomatoes (700g)
• 400g of o beef or lamb
• Salt
• Pepper
• Cinnamon 1 tsp
• Grenadine molasses (100 to 175 ml)
• Butter 45 g
Wash the vegetables before proceeding with the following steps
1/ Heat the water in a pot
2/ Make a cross-shaped incision on the tomatoes
3/ Immerse the tomatoes in hot water
4/ Cook until the skin peels off (20 seconds maximum)
5/ Remove the tomatoes and let them cool
6/ Peel and cut the eggplants
7/ Peel and cut the eggplants
8/ Place them in the bottom of a dish covered with paper towel
9/ Add salt and set aside
