There is people who have exposed their children and chickenpox in the past to get it over with, but usually it’s children not babies

Our son accidentally was exposed to chicken pox when we let him visit our neighbors who he loved. He was passed from lap to lap during dinner. The next morning the mother of the two little girls called to apologize for having infected him because her girls came down with the pox. I was thankful that he got it naturally and wouldn't need a vax. I had it as a child, it was unpleasant but not horrible. To confirm the diagnosis, we went to his doctor. It was chicken pox, so we skipped that shot when he had his normal shots. That said, nobody should deliberately make that kind of interference with somebody else's child.

The cop is using his position for personal gain. Not good.
