This is a bummer. I picked a Model S plaid up about 10 months ago and sold it a couple of weeks ago. I battled GPS issues that couldn’t be resolved, interior door trim unable to stay in place, front trunk wouldn’t close reliably (why isn’t this button controlled?) also massive panel gaps as well as an uneven dash and some weird road noise around 40 mph. Tesla technicians couldn’t overcome the poor build quality on it and so I sold it. I currently have another Tesla, a year older and that arrived in perfect condition. It seems to be pure luck what you are presented on delivery day. I noticed some of the Model S problems on delivery day but was told they’d be easily fixed, should’ve refused delivery. Really unfortunate that these build problems continue plaguing Tesla to this degree. To have several problems on what is their luxury model was frustrating. I do miss the tech and the pure acceleration but ultimately chose not to put up with the issues. Hopefully they resolve build quality in the coming years as I would love to buy another Model S.

I cannot express in words how much i hate Tesla. Everything about it is bad. It's like a company trying to meet governemnt requirements by doing little check marks on a piece of paper. Seats: check. Fast dragrace time: check. Nevermind that it has to warm up for 30 minutes before it's able to do it and it can't even reach 300 km/h. The brakes sucks and you're not comfortable in the crappy interior.

10 years old hi end merc or bmw have fewer errors. Amazing its possible to sell high end car with so many errors. He didnt show inside this car, if u looks around, i garanties it is alot of more errors. Tesla is pure junk car. Would never buy it, even though i had only paid 100 dollar for it. Had a test drive in a new Model Y recently with a colleague. The were gaps in the plastic of the roof and the passenger seat large enough to put your hands inbetween.... That's not just a little beauty issue, that could be actually dangerous if a child plays with these "features" while driving

You should've just declined the delivery and not taken the car! This is what people need to do only then Tesla will start to improve on the quality. Btw, you will experience even bad interior quality, rattles and wind noise which will make you think if this is a $130K car, not acceptable at all !
