The reason eggs are at "room" temperature, is that it's the temperature they are when they come out of the Hen, there's no requirement to keep eggs in a refrigerator, they have a natural defense against bacteria.........it's called the shell, only in certain countries do they wash the eggs and remove that natural defense.......

Thanks for the new drink-- Pink Panty Dropper:--Happy Birthday! Funny when i worked offshore in the marine side of the oil business I would be gone 30 days and off 2 weeks. Being single I would make my dinner for the special occasions with girls that didn't have much in the imagination when it came to food. Getting even wacker when a guy would out cook them. I had a dinner I made, that had no name Which I deemed the Panty Dropper-- Portobello mushrooms Merlot, heavy cream, scallions all cooking in 2 sticks of butter which you throw that mixture on your grilled chicken. I usually got fresh asparagus and rice. Easy

Guys, I bought off of Amazon two small flask, made of stainless steel. They'll maybe hold 1/2 a pint of adult beverage. I like my Jack/Crown and Coke or Jack/Crown & Ginger-Ale, fresh on the rocks. Like you said, those homemade, premixed cocktails, can get you in trouble. Maybe do a bit more "EXPLORING" on the beach than one would care to mention. I hope the bread turns out well. Buns, Buns everywhere on this beach trip. 🤣🤣 Turn before you burn. The three worst places to get sunburn: top of the feet, back of the knees, and like other bald people like me, skull burned! Ouch!! Take care and Enjoy. Heading myself to Key West next week for some shore fishing and bridge fishing, good food, and maybe some fine trim. We live in Baja, Mexico and eggs here are for the most part, NEVER refrigerated. In 24 yrs we've never experienced any problems with them.

So where you headed for Bimini and end up in Freeport? After graduation we rented a boat in ft Lauderdale and sailed across. This was 45 years ago, it took just over 48 hrs to get there. At 10 at night we dropped anchor and little did we know, or check, and the rode slipped away into the dark water. What a trip
