You can buy NICE eastern KS hardwood timber land for $6 - 10K an acre. Next road over is prime bottom land for farming or ranching. Nice mixed bag area. Lots of lakes and deer, turkey, etc hunting. MO and OK even cheaper! I wouldn't buy in MT unless I could find a 40 - 80 acre parcel at $4K an acre.

I am a Native Texan and I consider Montana my second Home. I'm glad to hear Montana is getting these reviews. I wish Texas would get the same thing. Texas is being cemented over by low life real estate developers and destroyed for a buck. I know this has happened in Montana as well but I don't want to see any more of it in the most beautiful state in the country.

Thats odd, just returned from Montana from the newly formed Communist state of Minnesota, wife and I 62 years old, Ford pickup with the golden retriever in his luxury bunk in back seat, 10 days, super great interaction with the small town people, cabin on the Yaak river. best trip of my life. Yes, snowflakes, not for you, unless you want to stand next to a Buffalo in YSP for a selfie, or maybe wander off the path for a good shot of a geyser. otherwise, curiosity of the great people, respect for their great state, and a bit of humility will be quite rewarding. God bless you Montana, thanks for being such great hosts!

Amen live let live I was basically raised in Montana. We serviced the whole state and I’m still amazed and I have two brothers that still live in Montana. Why am Great Falls and One Northeast of Missoula and it’s still as it was back then and its core. I’m proud for that. Thank you for showing us this video, we really appreciate your videos Montana Strong, Idaho. I have nothing good to say it has always been a juggernaut a BS. Even though my oldest grandson lives in Idaho, it’s my profound wish that he escapes.

Montana is a tourist nightmare offering no value other than stunning scenery and epic fishing. Cheap hotels are ridiculously over priced and the food is shamelessly horrible throughout the entire state. The National Parks are magnets for the most brainless individuals on the planet and without camp reservation you can really screw yourself should you lose track of time and still hours from any lodging as the sunsets on a long day. Boondocking in the park is extremely sketchy so I quit doing that. Not sure why everyone flocks to these NPS mudholes with so much to see outside the parks. Only solution visiting Montana is to bring your RV, cook your own food, stay 100 miles outside the NPS circus.

Maybe a few more reviews like these will help us with the infestation problem!!!
