Well, 2 years later, s-300, s-400 and s-500 have failed to intercept ballistic missiles (ATACMS) and drones. Just lately, an s-500 was allegedly destroyed in Crimea by ATACAMS

Well I believe anyway that Russia has technology to guide accurately missiles to stealth targets and NATO does not. And I believe su35 beats any NATO aircrafts. Jamming radar capabilities would be superior in my opinion.

You need anti radiation missiles to destroy the radars. After this the fighter jets can attack. First send drones to locate the radars first, fire the anti radiation missiles and then send the fighter jets
