if you buy say 4 of these how is it possible to mark them to know which of the 4 devices relates to the relevant wallet because they dont come in different colours do they? If one cannot somehow mark them differently it becomes impossible to know which seed phrase holder relates to which crypto wallet.

The whole crypto space is full of people predicting future prices and most predictions are far off the mark. Did you mention Phoenix Mining ? I think this is a conventional mining company that has recently moved into mining cryptocurrency mining and I prefer to hear facts rather than what I consider to be predictions based on what seems to me to be mumbo jumbo !

The idea of putting a paper backup in a capsule is very clever. As far as I know, this is not in other similar solutions. In most cases, nothing bad happens with such backups, and it's much easier to restore a wallet from paper (plus having two backups in the capsule gives peace of mind that you've hit all the words correctly).

Phoenix is a great non-custodial lightning wallet, that works flawlessly. The only issue is the U.S. and other governments, which are threatening developers, who develop non-kyc wallets.

You are ineverything correct , however bitcoin is for the people. Not eveyone knows how it works. Ledgers are not that simple to use. I believe The company made a great attempt to get bitcoin more accepted with a better custody then solely software wallets. Great attempt to let the remaining market see what bitcoin can do.

I’ve been using lightning for about a year. I’ve never had a problem with lightning not even once. It’s always worked and it’s always immediate. None of my friends have ever had an issue either. They all use the lightning network. But I don’t know if large transactions work. All small transactions (anything under $10,000) work fine.

I have the Trezor Model T. It does not support XLM, XDC, HBAR, Shiba Inu. I paid R7500($405) for it at Takealot and the wallet does not support these coins. That is a big disappointment to me for such an expensive wallet. Is there a video that shows how to connect with the Model T to another wallet that support these coins or can you suggest another wallet that I can buy which is save and reliable.

The fact that he's recommending a ledger should be a massive red flag. Ledger's ability to support numerous cryptocurrencies is NOT a feature, it's a bug. The fact that their device has to support so many different types of software is an attack vector that most people aren't aware of. The main feature of a BitKey is that it's Bitcoin only.

i dont agree with you review , i think this is a first step to move your crypto out of exchanges , then when you get familiar with it you can step up your knoledge and self custody , i think this product is made for people approaching self custody .

I have no issues with using day to day payments in a custodial manner. I use lightning for pocket money with Wallet Of Satoshi and never had any issues. As long as the underlying base layer is safe and decentralized. Btw managing your own channels is nice for geeks to play around with or privacy freaks (and I will definitely try it when my node is set up haha)

I have a sincere question. Would you recommend using a 24 word seed phrase over a 12 word seed phrase? My concern is that a 12 word seed phrase may be much easier to brute force than a 24 word seed phrase. Thank you for your feedback.
