Good afternoon, after we finish range of motion do we go wash our hands, then return to give them call light etc. and then wash hands again? Or are we suppose to finish range of motion and immediately give them call light etc, then exit to wash hands and tell them you are done with skill? Please advise

Good afternoon, When is the correct time to give the evaluator the documentation form. Do we hand it to them immediately after we document, before we wash hands and tell them we are done or do we leave it on the table? Thank you.

If you do not feel confident of your first attempt are you allowed to tell the examiner that you could not read the respirations and do it again during testing?

Good afternoon Dr. Lee I understand we are not allowed to tell the patient we are taking respirations. Is it better to not tell them what you are doing or to tell them you are taking vital signs? Please advise. Thanks!

Hello Dr. Lee, I am studying for my upcoming test. You mentioned in the video that we only perform the nail care on one hand. Are we only required to perform nail care on one hand for our exam or is this just for the video? I also noticed that you only did one foot for the foot care in a previous video as well. Do we only have to do one hand for nail care and one foot for foot care? Please advise. Thank you!

Hi Dr Lee, I sincerely thank you for all you do to help CNA candidates pass their state exams. faithfully. I watched your video. Yesterday, I passed the CNA exam .the skills were catheter care ROM and empty catheter drainage bag .again. May God continue to bless you and your family.

You didn't use an orange stick or file, and it clearly states in the training manual that you have to use them to pass the test.

At the school I went to in Dallas, we could not call the garment protector a bib because they said bibs are for minors, and it could be embarrassing for our residents if staff referred to such as a bib in front of other residents. So to call it a garment protector would be more like for me.

So how many towels all together?

During my high school CNA program we would watch every single one of your videos to prepare us for our exams, which helped all of us earn our license and pass our skills part. Thank you so much Dr. Lee. I was able to pass the CNA skills exam two days ago because of your videos. This is such a blessing and I followed every step you showed and passed. I had Hand and nail care. Emptying and Measuring Urinary output. Transferring from bed to wheel chair. I even brought the extra napkin for them to dry their hand after testing water like you. I did each step as explained folding the rag each time I lifted it while cleaning the hand for nail care and passed!

In the actual test will I need to wash the other arm?

Hi question! im currently in a CNA program and I have my test on tuesday. My instructor gave me a clinical test checklist and I noticed on one of the steps it has "Replace water in basin if it becomes too cold or soapy?" when would we do this? im confused. TIA!
