I would also love to see the marauders played by actors in their 30s. Which means the Weasleys and Malfoys are late 30s/early 40s. So Sally Phillip's might actually be too old... An interesting choice for Snape could be Thomas Brodie-Sangster, hes the right age and has the right build. The rest could be done with hair and makeup

Lord of the Rings is High fantasy because it has it's own world and system. Harry Potter is both, because it has it's own world, but it's a hidden world within the real world, though only people in the hidden world have magic. Twilight is also low fantasy or "urban fantasy" because only certain people are magical and hidden within the "real world". Narnia, is sorta both, because it starts out in the real world, and the children are transported to a magical land, parallel to their own, where everything is generally magical in some way. Game of Thrones is high fantasy, also not, because magic has mostly gone from the world, but is coming back.🤣

I think Imperio is of the 3, because while it can a lot of problem. It can also be fought against. Harry almost be it the 1st time it was cast on him. I would even put love potion worst then imperio.

I agree that Imperio is the one with the most potential for evil but it also have potential for a lot of good, mostely in medecine. Avada Kedavra only kills, no other condition (except maybe meaning it), there are lots of things people want to kill that's not protected by law. Crucio is easilely the most evil one for me, Imperio can be more evil but what it's mostely used for is not the same as Crusio, only exception is when an imperio victim is forced to cast Crucio. Crucio is made to cause pain and one would want and indulge in others pain to cast it corectly

I genuinely agree with you. But if I remember correctly, the love potion is a charm, not a curse, even if it is, as we say in current parlance, cursed. It is the worst charm, but I agree that imperiatus is the worst curse.

Avada kedavra is certainly horrible, but I personally think that it is better than being tortured endlessly or controlled against your will. If I had to be struck by one, I'd prefer Avada kedavara because at least it's pretty quick.

Rowling actually did speak on the topic of Voldemort's incapability to feel love. The way she explained it was that, indeed, due to the way he was conceived out of false love, the potion Marope used on Tom Riddle Sr. stripped their illegitimate child, Tom Marvolo Riddle, of his capability to feel love. According to her, had Marope survived to lovingly raise him, having received the genuine, loving care of his mother would have broken this curse on him, and he would have regained the capacity to love others. It's something that makes me wonder how different a person he would have been, and how much better his life would have been! Every sadistic act he carried out........Every person he slew........Every family he, and his followers tore apart.......It all could have potentially been avoided, had he regained that one piece of himself that was stolen from him as a result of his mother's short-sighted, selfish deeds and ultimate death.......It makes him the ultimate tragic villain! A man born out of fake love, doomed to hate all others as a result, and making enemies, left and right, who felt the same way about him......And he couldn't help it!

I still think that Avada Kedavra is still the worst. Imperio can be stopped, and the individual should be able to return to their original state (this effect is very similar to a kinda "multipurpose" love potion). Crucio can be overdone so much that the individual looses most of his consciousness. But unless you do so, it is still just a temporary thing. Avada Kedavra is definitive. And unless you are Harry Potter, it offers no chance to revert, heal, fix, or undo. It´s just over.

My idea of the worst curse is definitely imperious because it takes away free will and it's just creepy as all heck it's like blood bending from the avatar the last air bender but with a wand

I'd say Crucio is worse than Imperio, simply because there's nothing you can accomplish with Crucio that you couldn't also accomplish with Imperio, except inflicting pointless pain. Usually, torture is used to force someone to do something. But that's what Imperio does, pain free. Even making a person go insane can be accomplished with other spells, Lockheart kinda does it by accident on himself. So, if a Death Eater wanted something from me, and they were going to use an unforgivable curse to get it, I'd much rather get Imperio than Crucio.

If I had to endure one of those curses than I would definitely pick imperius or cruciates. Both are much preferable to being killed (assuming you don't have some Harry Potter level immunity to Avada Kedavara).

I don't think the imperious curse is the worst since it was originally created with good intent but became corrupted by dark wizards. While the cruciatus curse was created specifically to cause pain not to the body but the soul. And the death curse irrevocably rips one's soul from their body never to return.

I know this is REALLY dark and out of pocket. (Honestly this seems like something JK Rowling would tweet about) You think any wizards have used imperio to... You know. I know it's awful but it makes too much sense. The wizarding world is home to some truly sick fucks

Imperious curse, when in the hands of the most evil type of people can easily be the worst, as they can make you do anything, including torture and kill yourself via drowning. However, I'd say on average, the Crusiartis curse is worse as the intentions of the user is clear; they want to inflict intense pain on you and when taken too far, you will be driven to madness for the rest of your life. Vegetative state vs Drowning; whats worse?

As shown in Goblet of Fire, the Imperious curse can make you jump out a window or drown yourself, which may as well be a combination of torture and death; the other two curses.

I would have to say Obliviate is the worst curse, if casted so removing someone’s entire life is worse than death

(Before watching the entire video) I would say Crucio just because I don't think it ever has a "morally justified" reason to be used, unlike the other 2... but yeah, depending on how it's used, Imperio has the potential to easily be the worst.

Avada kedavra is by all means the most merciful one as it kills instantly painlessly. Imperio co-op's you into doing tasks and you can through sheer willpower refuse. But cruciatus strips you of all reasonable forgiveness you cannot just regret and become whole again, nor can your opponent refuse, you strip away their ability to interact with the world or essentially get three quarters of the way to a dementors kiss without a dementor present which is why crucio is by far the most evil vindictive and troglodyte of the unforgivable curses.

Just one more thing. Voldemort wasn't the only one who has created the horcrux. We meet that person in Chamber of Secrets. It was Arthur Weasley and his enchanted car. Mr Weasly as many other men had an obsession about the car. He literally put a soul into it. There is a reason why the car has appeared in the Spider Nest of the Forbidden Forest and saved Ron and Harry.

I think using love potions deserved sentence to Azkaban. I am surprised that student at Hogwart weren't expelled for those.
